Casa Lecanda Boutique Hotel

From the moment we entered Casa Lecanda we experienced its wonderful hospitality. This boutique hotel and its attentive staff infused us with peace and contentment. Everyday we enjoyed its beautiful design, landscape, architecture and the feeling of wellness and serenity. My husband and I savored the most delicious, romantic and private Valentine's dinner at Casa Lecanda which was arranged at the last minute when our original restaurant reservation was cancelled. We are forever grateful we discovered the enchantment of this sanctuary. We will remember with gratitude Morgana, [Super Star and solutions Queen] Marcelino, [Mixologist Master], Balthazar and Ricardo, [Kind and Helpful], Chef Meneses, [Happy Master of Gastronomy], Dzit ready to serve you at Breakfast and Cindy in House Keeping always prepare to assist us and all the 16 members of this lovely hotel Casa Lecanda. We loved our 3 night stay in this beautiful, stylish and secluded hotel. Our garden room was spacious with lots of amenities and even had a sunken bath. Breakfast in the covered courtyard was delicious. A very short walk from the hotel is a fabulous quirky restaurant called Catrin.

This was a fantastic hotel for this area. we paid extra for the master suite and extra for the junior suite for my son and his wife. Very good service. Especially Mario took care of us every day. However, for the four nights we were the toilet never worked, and we had to walk down to steep staircase every night to the pool to use the pool outside bathroom despite repeated request to the front desk to Management and they never repaired the toilet. At check out I requested some type of discount for this inconvenience. I was told because we had been using toilet paper they could not accommodate us financially! No one ever instructed us nor are there any signs in the bathroom, tell you not to put toilet in the toilet. Which I think is incorrect for a $500 hotel you can’t put toilet paper in the toilet! I will never return to this hotel again.

Amazing hotel with the most kind and knowledgeable staff. We loved our rooms, the pool and the atmosphere. Breakfast was superb with fresh sequenced orange juice to start the daily adventures off right.

We stayed at this charming hotel over a particularly hot period and it is an oasis. The rooms are large and well appointed and the location is great. There was a lot of construction going on outside as the area is being upgraded as a restaurant piercing ( which will be fabulous) but the noise was not noticeable once inside the walls of the hotel.

Beautiful and quaint. Very clean with beds that were so comfortable. The staff are a 10+ Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Has a very romantic setting nestled in trees. The bathrooms are spacious enough for a couple to share with cool counter space for women.
