Villa Merida

We had our wedding at Villa Mérida and it was absolutely fantastic! The space is beautiful, filled with charm and thoughtful design in every corner. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. our guests were truly impressed and enjoyed their stay. The staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless and special. From start to finish, their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you, Villa Mérida, for hosting us and making our wedding weekend so unforgettable. We’re incredibly grateful!

Incredible facility, Our host Batiste was lovely and very helpful. It was our wedding venue and it provided such a lovely environment. Huge trees and jungle plants, historical facility, tile work is original and on point, very clean, modern facilities. 5/5!

Our second time visiting Villa Merida Boutique Hotel. We really enjoy the historic beauty of this updated mansion. It has 9? guest rooms, gorgeous king size beds, quality linen, upgraded bathrooms. The large, self catering kitchen is perfect for us and Merida has many restaurants to visit as well. It is a well run, boutique hotel, great staff and a wonderfully laid back vibe.

Great boutique hotel. We just returned from a 1 week stay. Very nicely appointed rooms. Beds were comfortable. Gabby & Julia kept the place clean every day. They quietly clean and keep the place going. Batiste is great and welcoming. The gardener does an amazing job also. There are luscious plants everywhere. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a beautiful Spanish villa with the rooms around a fountain courtyard. Everything about this place is of the highest quality, the staff are so very friendly and hospitable; Batiste, the manager is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean, the property is well maintained. Coffee is provided in the morning. There is no restaurant, but there is a beautiful open communal kitchen. The salt water pool is very nice and heated. The interior design touches of the public areas and the rooms are very tasteful. This a great place to relax and unwind after seeing Merida.

We have stayed at Villa Merida two times now. Once in 2024 and once in2025. Both times have just been so special. Thanks to Batiste and the team, Villa Merida just has the most special and homey feel! The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, each with its individual charm. The location is so convenient! The neighborhood is quiet but so easy to walk to centro from! There are also groceries, atm, coffee and restaurants in easy walking distance. This last visit, we rented out the whole hotel for our wedding and it was simply spectacular! Batiste was super helpful in coordinating with vendors and making our guests comfortable. We feel so at home at Villa Merida and hope to visit regularly from the US! Thank you Batiste and Villa Merida team for being our family in Mexico!
