We stayed at this hotel for a week and loved it. It is a small boutique hotel but all the staff were very friendly. They cleaned our room everyday and the a/c kept the room plenty cool. The breakfast was fine but there are so many places in the area to eat that we only ate there one time. I would recommend this hotel if you are ok with small and not a lot of amenities. It worked for us.

Greeted by Juan at the Front Desk. Explained everything about the Hotel. Nice clean room next to the Pool on the main Floor. This is a cute Hotel and is located near to Santa Ana Park and is walking distance from the main boulevard of Paseo Montejo Breakfast for a Fee

Super decent place, with really nice staff. Value for money is super cool, very well located, with decent rooms and bathroom. It's an oldish hotel, perfect for a night in central location, nearby the city center, walking distance for many restaurant.

I love this hotel. This was my second visit and I felt like I was coming back to visit old friends. Dulce and Juan at the front desk are so friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is cozy and beautiful, rooms are simple but very nice. Breakfast is delicious and fresh coffee available 24/7. Location is perfect with art galleries and wonderful restaurants just around the corner. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd year I stayed at the Santa Ana. It remains a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The location is convenient to the central plaza and the Paseo de Montejo. There are many nearby restaurants. Merida is a walkable city and the Santa Ana is lwell located.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel is very clean and well located with a laundromat crossing the street, walking distance to the park and awesome restaurants. Free bottle of water as a welcome and free coffee all day.

The Santa Ana is a wonderful little hotel. Although many types of travelers come and go, there seems to be a pervasive sense of peace. This comes from the friendly, calm staff and a particularly pretty courtyard setting around a small pool with one deck chair and 3 chairs. Especially when Juan lights the tea lights in the evening, this place can be quietly magical. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned by the smiling cleaning staff, and simple but excellent a la carte breakfast food is miraculously cooked up behind the counter in the open-air dining/sitting area. The concierges are professionals who recognize that patience and charm will bring guests back year after year. We love the Santa Ana. To note: every once in a while, there is noise from the next-door neighbor. Merida is a city and this cannot be controlled by the hotel.

I spent a month here and enjoyed everyday. The staff is friendly and very responsive to questions, needs and problems. The rooms are immaculate. The grounds are pretty and there is a comfortable seating area to sit and talk and read. Breakfast is good and there is always fresh coffee available. The location is convenient to the Paseo, the Centro as well as many restaurants and activities. A great little hotel.
