This was our first holiday abroad as a family of 4. The hotel & it's location is absolutely stunning. The beautiful sunset that you can watch every evening from the bar terrace is certainly a must. The accommodation is built around the pool & we were lucky with our room overlooking it. There was no problem to get sun beds nor was it too busy around the pool. The evening entertainment was great as is a very quiet part of the island but we were happy to go exploring with the bus stop close by & taxis easy enough to get hold of. We went self catering so unable to comment on the food but the bar staff & bar manager were so friendly & would really go out of their way to talk with you. The reception staff were also very friendly and informative. It was the perfect holiday for us, so much so we went back again a few weeks later but had to stay in another hotel around the corner due to here being fully booked. We would certainly return again next year. This lovely hotel & it's staff lived up to all our expectations & we came home feeling very relaxed

The staff in this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of food in the buffet meals, including vegetarian options. I find the apartments with their inset balconies and the large sitting room/kitchen ideal for painting and reading. They are simply but adequately furnished and the daily cleaning is of a high standard. I like the choice of places to sit, especially the upper terrace overlooking the sea and the generous grassy area next to the sea. This hotel is suited to those who want a quiet stay, to walk and to explore the island. It is not suitable for those who want a wild social life, discos and shopping. It is not possible to avoid the many steps and stairs so people with mobility problems might have difficulties.

Staff are Amazing, Rooms are cleaned Daily, The only Downside were a lot of steps. Very Relaxing and the views are Amazing .. Quite difficult to get to the beach, Only 3 restaurants are a short walk Away up a hill , Supermarket about a 10 minute walk.

This hotel and it's staff are amazing. This was our 3rd visit. Whether you go as a couple or a family it has everything. Some people moan about the steps but around the complex you can find a way to the main road/reception without using the steep steps. We absolutely love it and will be returning next year. The count down is on.

Nice scenery away from the crowded city and south shore. We did sailing and kayaking nearby. The food/beverage choice at the breakfast and dinner buffets were great, the rooms comfortable and clean. This was the best accommodation we had as we traveled around Spain for two weeks. The front desk even loaned us a free iron to touch up our clothing.

What a gem of a place to stay!! Stunning location, super friendly, efficient and helpful staff.Spotless accommodation. Bus stop, supermarket, beach and a couple of restaurants close by.Ten minutes by car or bus to Fornells.Superb breakfast, fresh and good quality with lots of options. A very, very quiet area but hired a car to explore further afield, 40 minutes easy drive to Ciutadella.

Such a lovely hotel with welcoming staff. I visited Tramontana Park with my boyfriend in September for a week. From the get go the staff were very nice and there was cleaning services daily with the overall hotel being very clean. We had a few days of bad weather but other than that it was great! We had a self catering apartment with a fridge, freezer and hob (we didn’t use though), with all the facilities perfect for people who like to choose whether they eat in or out. The apartment was a very nice size for the two of us with very comfortable beds which were two twin beds pushed together. As it was the middle of September the pool and dining areas were very quiet. Managed to always get a sun bed. Very good experience was had from both of us will stay here again. Very nice walk from local restaurants too. Thank you!

This is a fabulous hotel with very friendly helpful staff,the accommodation is kept very clean and the food which consists of a buffet breakfast and dinner is varied and tasty. Most of the rooms have super sea views and there is a deck space wit plenty of deck chairs right over the sea. A easy climb down a track and you have access to a great snorkeling spot.

Apartment was adequate. Rooms in were clean. Balcony over looking the bay was spacious and the views were amazing. Live music in the evenings was great. There was plenty of sitting areas ideal for watching the sunset whilst sipping on a cocktail or two. Plenty of sun beds and the pool was lovely. Ate at the hotel a couple of times which was great. There is a well stocked supermarket for essentials and many lovely restaurants to visit all within easy walking distance. Perfect location. Best of all - the staff. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Will definitely return.
