Very easy to get parking summon if you didn’t pay parking fees before 8.30am, hotel management should do something to protect hotel guests from this rather than just let put a signboard saying nothing to do with the hotel on any parking issues

It is stated clearly at the booking platform that it is a paid public parking under the local council as the hotel is located at a shop lot. There is also a signage being put up by the local council at the parking lot as well. We would advise to refer to the hotel facilities and terms & conditions. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

There was an unexpected incident that the door lock was out of battery and we could not open the room door at 1am++. We went out for gathering during CNY and came back at around midnight 1am. Due to the issue, we waited for more than 1 hour at lobby. The staff tried his best to open the door but failed to open it. I know it was not the fault of the staff. Then, we got offered to another temporary room but the thing to highlight was our luggage and pyjamas were left in the room that was locked out and we were really tired at the time. Need to improve on regular checking on the door battery to avoid this kind of issue again. Overall, it is clean and staff are friendly.

THEFT BY STAFF What a terrible experience we had at this so called hotel. We stayed one night at Palm hotel. The room was clean and well maintained and we were very pleased with it overall until it was time to check out. The lady in charge said before we could get our deposit back she was going to check the room first. Although I have never experienced this in any other hotel I said ok fine, this was probably standard procedure. She came back and said that there was some blood on the bed sheets & she would deduct rm50 from the rm100 deposit. I asked her to show me the blood and so we went to the room. Yes there was some blood but it was clearly from a mosquito scratch, a small, tiny splat of blood. See attached pictures. I told her that this can easily be cleaned & that’s what cleaning services are for but She insisted that the stain needed special treatment & cleaning services. So to prove her wrong, I had to literally CLEAN the stain myself with soap which came off a few seconds after with NO special treatment required. To which she replied ok you get your money back! No apology, no nothing just indifference! When we asked for her name she refused to give her name and said ‘I’m just working here’! We went down to the reception and saw the supervisor and told him the incident. He apologised but I told him I had to actually wash the bed linen to prove that the stain was easily washable. This is totally unacceptable! Their excuse was that they outsourced their laundry which was a pathetic reason because most small hotels do that anyway. That’s not the point. My point is that it was a small stain that could easily be cleaned. I felt we were being punished, penalised. We were paying guests and we had to prove our innocence. Very bad customer service, no customer empathy at all. We will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. If you still want to stay make sure you do the bed, vacuum, clean the toilets, & bathroom or you might lose your deposit! PS I strongly believe the employee was ripping us off and trying to take the rm50 for herself. I would strongly recommend the supervisor to look into this and take preventative measures for future customers.

Overall place is ok.Water pressure are nice having bath.downside is sound proof is not that good as can hear upper floor moving the chair around and kids jumping.and no paper slippers provide.

The sound proofing is poor. Can hear people dragging and moving furnitures. There is some watermark at the toilet. Less clean. Allow 30 mins late check out only.

Very terrible hotel that I stay! I paid this pricing ,is for big family room fourth ppl,I got tell to add on one more ppl,but the receiptionist very bad attitude to told me need charge for number fourth ppl,why??!!!! Then nvm,after go in to the room, towels only 3pcs,I call to request one more,they said add on need charge one PCs! What a terrible service! Very disappointed to stay,no parking lots, receptionist attitude bad!
