The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk person asked me to pay in 100 dollars bill even though all my online reservation was made via credit card in the US. They added 21 % VAT, even though that tax should not be added in case you are in a US citizen. The front desk did not gave me an immediate receipt for the payment in cash. I had to ask 3 times before they give in. The doors of your hotel room are weak, with only the handle as the lock from the inside. The doors of your hotel room is over exposed to the inside by an inch, so I am guessing is easy to push open. I had to carry on all my important stuff with me all the time around town because I did not trust the door. There was no other way to lock on the inside.

I visited with my girlfriend and her mother the weekend of 6/25. We booked a double room and an individual room; the double room had two small single beds, and the individual room had two single beds pushed together to make it look like a queen size, not comfortable at all. The bathrooms are tiny. I would not recommend this to anyone mainly because the service was awful. The management couldn't care less about making your stay enjoyable and comfortable. They are super disorganized, we took a set of extra towels from the double room to the single room with the improvised queen bed as that's where my girlfriend and I slept, and upon checkout they accused us of stealing the towels from the first room. We explained that we needed that second set in the second room, but they insisted that second set was nowhere to be found. I politely asked if it was possible they had just misplaced them when cleaning the rooms, and they arrogantly denied that was even possible. We had to make a big fuss over the stupid towels they thought we stole, stripping the room down to look for them with no luck. They didn't charge us, but the manager, a lady working Monday (6/27) evening literally told us "no problem, when you get home and you find our towels mixed with your dirty clothes, there will be no problem." Unbelievable. We are darker skinned and concluded this was racially charged.

Hotel bacana com equipe de atendimento fantástica. Moderninho, sempre um som ambiente gostoso, muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, bares, farmácia, mercado Carrefour 24 horas na quadra seguinte. Fizemos todos os passeios do centro, ida a bares e restaurantes a pé. Opte pelos quartos novos, mais modernos e com bom espaço. Café da manhã, apesar de simples, como ótima amplitude de horário, servido das 7h às 10h30, permitindo tomar café cedo para viajar ou passeios, ou mais tarde nos dias de folga.

Antes que nada, a destacar la atención del personal! En 10 de 10! El hotel es súper económico, con lo cual, es excelente en relación calidad precio. Nos dieron una habitación cuádruple para dos, con lo cual era grande, cómoda, prolija, muy buena limpieza, súper correcta (no se como serán las dobles) La ubicación es de lo mejor. En síntesis, por muy poco dinero se obtiene una habitación prolija, sin lujos, limpia, buena cama, silenciosa, confortable. El desayuno es simple, pan, medias lunas, unas frutas y jamón. Pero tampoco se puede pedir tanto x lo abonado x noche. Así que no hay quejas, la habitación sencilla pero impecable, la atención de 10, la ubicación de 10

La atención de los muchachos de la recepción, en los tres turnos, nos pareció excepcional. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpio, luminoso, tranquilo y confortable. Cumplió ampliamente con nuestras expectativas y lo recomendamos a nuestros amigos.

Ubicación óptima. Hermoso jardín en el centro de la ciudad. Personal muy amable y cordial. 100% recomendable para quien busca una atmósfera relajada y familiar. Excelente para recorrer la ciudad a pie o sus alrededores en medios de transporte público.

Muy lindo el hotel. Se nota que las instalaciones son nuevas, muy pulcro y buen gusto. Super bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de calle Aristides. Muy buena atención. Solamente recomendaría hacer un desayuno un poco más variado.

Destacó del hotel la ubicación , se encuentra muy cerca de parques y calles príncipales. Los empleados de recepción super atentos a todas las necesidades y consultas. La habitación era pequeña pero super funcional y pulcra y el desayuno muy simple pero en relación al precio del hospedaje está muy bien.

Quarto muito pequeno, banheiro péssimo. Café da manhã bem módico. Únicas coisas boas são localização e roupas de cama e banho. O preço foi baixo. Os atendentes não fazem esforços para atender as demandas dos hóspedes, fazem apenas o básico. O quarto é desgastado.
