The hotel on the whole is great. A lovely warm welcome when we first checked in as we got there 10 minutes before dinner service was due to finish they invited us down to dinner before we did check in which was perfect after a day of travelling. Check in was quick and easy and we were shown to our room by the 'bell boy' who then explained the facilities. The pool is huge but only 1 depth which for some people could be an issue. We spent most of our days on the beach, the sea is mostly calm and not too cold. Muhammed in the 'pool bar' always had a smile and a conversation. On the terrace bar 'john' and gokham are amazing as soon as we walked up they knew our order and would bring our drinks out to us. The restaurant the server fahret always tried to have a table ready for us and kept our drinks flowing. Whilst we were there my personal opinion is the food was OK but alot of the meat did seem over cooked which was a shame. Wabi sabi was amazing, large portions and very tasty with a decent selection. Dem mayhane the mese and calamari were good but lack of choice for mains let it down. On the whole a good hotel a couple of negative points the entertainment was lacking hopefully as the season picks up it may improve and as other have said the locks on the toilets especially the toilets by quintine half of them don't lock. Once again the staff make this hotel, would i return.... personally not but if you are after a quiet chilled out hotel this is the place for you.

Hotel is amazing , food very good! Ekran animator is a very nice person, amazing personality, trainers really to good to have him on board.

The hotel was very good Rooms where always clean and tidy. The restaurants where alai excellent and the service was always very good. Entertainment was good with the team always doing what they good to involve everyone. The big issue was the smoking policy. To be honest there wasn't one. People smoked everywhere on the complex which spoilt parts of my holiday. I left the evening Entertainment venue on two occasions as I couldn't get ti the bar without inhaling a lung full of smoke. On one occasion we where at tai restaurant and the Cople behind us started smoking. This is completely unacceptable and the hotel needs to look a having designated smoking areas. I have been to Turkey 5 times and this us the first time I have encountered this.
