Gorgeous grandmillennial styled duplex dazzling with charm. This upstairs “loft” unit is very spacious, walking distance to the zoo, Overton Park + near the best entertainment areas. The coziness and comfort of this home is wonderful - you'll feel like you're on a European holiday. The bedrooms are huge and exquisite with fluffy bedding. The shower is spa-like. The kitchen is chef-approved. And the balcony patio is twinkly, cozy, and relaxing. Lots of room for 6 people and your pet!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We charge an extra $50 per half hour past your approved checkout time. If you are running behind, please let us know as soon as possible..11 PM noise ordinance and must be courteous of downstairs guest at all times. No loud parties. Beautiful place. Very well decorated. Walking distance to Rhodes college which was important. We booked it again for parent’s weekend :)

Nice Place in Trendy Area
The space is very charming. The area appeared to be safe and was quiet. Many people seen walking , walking dogs and riding bikes. The highlights for us were the balcony, the shower and the chandeliers. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. Many good restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed take-out from nearby Hattie B's and Frida's (Mexican).

Charming Midtown Chandelier
My sister's and I enjoyed our stay at the Midtown Chandelier flat. Near Overton Park and not far from downtown locations, the location was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The renovated flat was very spacious, beds and bedding extremely comfy, and the decor totally charming. Loved the chandeliers. We highly recommend!
