Also minutes from Memphis’ international dining destination Summer Avenue - a food-lover’s dream! And the chef designed kitchen is absolutely stunning!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Noise ordinance at 11PM, no loud parties. Not as described
Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.

As advertised (plus!)
Rental was as advertised, bonus: very comfortable bed and bedding, great bath towels, and quiet neighbors / neighborhood. Would definitely return!

Amazing!!
The house was perfect for me and my lady!! Very nicely put together and I appreciate that. They actually took time to make the property look good. I highly recommend this house. Plus it’s close to everything. Next time you are visiting Memphis definitely get this house.
