I’ve stayed here on and off for a long time now for work and all of the staff are amazing! New faces and old faces they’re clearly trained to a high standard and genuinely just good people! The rooms are always spotless, the breakfasts are amazing they just can’t do enough for you. I’m looking forward to coming back to work in the area as this is like a home from home. Thanks guys 🙏

Fabulous breakfast. Our waitress Becky B was an absolute star today. It was so busy, and she was as cool as a cucumber making sure everyone was happy and served in good time. We found out later that she stepped in at short notice and it's not even her department, so, well done Becky B, you were great today.😊

Lovely welcome…… nice twin room with all you need …. Very comfortable 🛌 beds ….. The cooked breakfast was delicious, you can choose the amount of cooked items you want , the price for the breakfast is so reasonable.. … plenty of choices… whether hot or continental ….. lovely coffees ….. set us up for our journey home 👍🏻

Had a wonderful sleep, Beccy is absolutely amazing member of staff, very warm and welcoming 🫶 The thing that let it down was the breakfast, the fruit and pasteries where so lovely, but the actual cooked breakfast was so flavourless and greasy. I wouldn’t recommend getting the cooked breakfast. When the server came to clear our plates, she asked how the food was and i said i wasnt happy, she looked very annoyed with me.

Visited family nearby, just needed a bed for the night. This Premier Inn did the job nicely. Friendly welcome, efficient check-in, and a quiet room that was super-clean and in great condition. The wifi was abysmal, dropping out every minute or two on both phone and laptop. I paid for Ultimate in case it was any better, only to find that it was as utterly unusable as the free offering. Staff told me that they're aware, and there aren't enough hotspots. Might have been nice to be told at check-in rather than paying for nothing. I can't be bothered dealing with a refund, but it's still annoying, especially as it's a third-party service and they can't just give me a fiver out of the till. Breakfast is delicious and cooked to order, but the kitchen works to geological timescales, even with only one customer. I've experienced this several times at this particular Premier Inn. Fine if you want a relaxed start to the day, but if you're in a hurry to get to a meeting or something, this could be a real problem.

Matt was absolutely fantastic with his service and attention to detail, very friendly and helpful, he was on his own due to the quiet time of year but was on the ball the when time. He is a credit to you organisation. Room was clean, and had extra pillows, and my room thankfully had a walk in shower rather than over the bath which was a bonus. Overall I would recommend
