Not impressed. Was put in a room below the standard I had booked and was very disappointed with the hotels response. Spent 3 nights in the substandard room and was then expected to pay extra for an upgrade for the last 4 nights of my stay (oh, they did offer a €10 discount for my 3 nights in the small room!). Ended up in a room overlooking the ferry terminal and road leading to it.. very noisy. Gave up complaining, just endured the rest of my stay until I could come home. NOT a place for the solo traveller. Oh, and so much for the ‘Queen’ sized bed. Rubbish!

The stay was good and location is perfect I recommend to ather and definitely go again

The hotel is located good for the Gozo ferry, but some parts of the hotel are outdated, it looks like they are working now to improve it, as there was construction going one, what was bad for us as there was a lot of noise. But overall ok for a short stay.

Very old hotel that is suitable for people passing through to Gozo as it is ideally located for the ferry. breakfast is basic. We had requested a room with a sea view and looked out over the roof. The hotel does have a fantastically beautiful swimming pool. Seen from the air, it is made in the shape of a fish! just across the street is a very good restaurant called "Porto Lounge".

Hotel is nice and clean, great view, not the best localisation but there are a lot of bus, food is okay maybe a bit expensive for the quality especially on weekends

full sea view, near ferry to Gozo, location and breakfast was good, nice staff, we had wonderful stay.

Room was not totally a sea view. Sevice is good. Amenities are not complete but good enough. Food is not that great but good. Pools are amazing!

At the check in I was literally told to run around and come back at 15:00 for the room. First of all: where’s the welcome? Information provided? No! No rooms at low seasons? Impossible! Unfriendly and unprofessional male staff at the reception. When asking for the manager I’ve got another room. The male receptionist just wanted to sell an upgrade. Like scamming people with the room that I’ve got and when reporting it asking for more money? How rude is that? The room I’ve got was supposed to be „seaview“ and it was actually „streetview“. I mean why do you scam people? All we want is to have sleep at night when booking a hotel in the last part of the island! Just write streetview with sea in the background! Instead of scamming people and then just trying to sell another room! So many things I could mention here about the hotel that are not working properly but I don’t want to waste my time anymore it was already a waste of time money and mind staying there!

Very nice place with two wonderful pools and a beach specific to those staying there. It is close the the ferry terminal for easy access to the other two islands. Spa was very nice they did a good job on my nails.

Location great for a trip to the other two islands otherwise far away from any other sights Little bit dissatisfied with the view of the room. I booked „sea view“ and it was barely sea view. Breakfast was also only okay… not that many choices and loud restaurant

Soup not good. Salads many tipe good, dining room floor dirty. Room big. Bed comfortable.

The room was really nice with an excellent view of the pool and bay. A comfortable bed and with a bath. The breakfast was a buffet with alot of different choices.
