Solana Hotel & Spa anmeldelser

We were in this hotel from 4th to 8th november. Hotel have view on sea and town, have beautifull pool on roof with seaview. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. We would like to come again 🌅🇲🇹

Gym 4/5 - with smith machine, cables and dumbbells can do a pretty good workout. Sauna 4/5 - free to use, clean, perhaps could be more humid though. Need to pay €5 + €10 deposit for use of bath robes. Breakfast 4/5 - excellent, but could have more local variety. Beach - Mellieha beach is within walking distance

Usually everything will be good, been here over 20 times, This time the first room they gave me, the wall plugs was not working, The wifi has 1 bar signal and rain shower head was also not working, however I have reported this and changed the room and everything was perfect, Usually I gave this hotel 10/10, this time I give 9/10

I really enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff, spacious and attractive lobby, two swimming pools on the roof, and spa on the -1 floor. The breakfast I tried was definitely worth my 5-star rating as I could a large variety meals offered. My room was clean and comfy to stay for even a quite long stay. I do recommend this nice hotel and look forward to staying here soon.

Hotel was great but there was a damp smell in the rooms and the service during breakfast would be slow. Otherwise it is a great hotel

An enjoyable weekend break at Solana. The place is well positioned in the center of Mellieha to explore the town, v. nice view from the rooftop (attached a pic) that they also highlight as instagram-worthy. I rated the location 4/5 because of the relatively minor difficulty to find close-by parking as you need to be careful due to limited hours, but I learnt after that the hotel offers limited parking spots against payment. Cleanliness and service both rated an excellent 5/5. The facilities were good, again they didn't merit a 5/5 only because of a couple of small issues: you can experience a relatively long wait for the 2 lifts (used by guests and staff) at peak times since the hotel consists of two connected buildings, the gym needs a spruce-up as the multi-use machine needs a good oiling and the treadmill's arm cushions easily came unstuck, and the rooftop pool water was slightly murky on Sat afternoon and Sun morning. Other than our studio apartment was a comfortable fit for a family of 4, that included a well-equipped kitchenette that we used on the second night when the kids fancied an evening in after a long day. And nice to see once again the old-school complimentary sewing needle and thread, as well as a good sized bathtub. Tea and coffee freebies were present in abundance in the room. Breakfast was delicious and they certainly got the bacon, sausages, eggs, pastry and yogurt right. All in all, a well-priced worthy consideration if you're staying in Mellieha.

Because we discovered after check in, in the following morning, this hotel was located right beside the construction site, our stay resulted in an unrelaxed one - nightmare, due to the big noises and powerful vibrations through the floors & walls of our room, from very early morning till late. Trip customer service staff were friendly and tried to help us but the hotel manager was untruthful by refusing to admit the poor quality of our stay. She said the hotel management was not to be responsible for the noises and it was out of their control although there were plenty of vacant rooms on the other side of the hotel buildings, which were supposed to be less affected by the construction, activities, but it seemed that we booked through Trip.com at a competitive price and our room was allocated in the most affected section of the hotel building. Rooms and other facilities were dusty due to the construction activities.

Good service clean

Amazing luxury suite room! With complimentary water, wine and fruits. The view of the city and sea from the room was great. The terrace was huge! We had a dinner at one of the hotel restaurants and enjoyed it a lot, had a couple massage at nataraya spa done by anoop and Paulina - it was very relaxing. One of the best massages I have had so far! The rooftop pool is a plus, however it was really hard to find a spot to lie down as it was full of people, we ended up spending our afternoon sitting in a chair rather than actually sunbathing. Overall, great experience!

酒店在交通要道邊上，附近吃飯和類似小超市不少。酒店內部非常大，提供早餐和晚餐，內部設施很完善，唯一缺陷就是離主島核心區太遠了，公交1小時，駕車半小時，我攻略沒做好，本想去戈佐島，想離得近一點出發，所以才選了該酒店，誰知要到戈佐島需要從主島南部的核心區出發才行，淡季核心區和這家酒店所在的邊緣區的酒店價格差不多，請來馬的同胞參考借鑒

Όλα ήταν κοντά στο τέλειο,από χαμόγελο μέχρι εγκαταστάσεις και καθαριότητα. Ο μπουφές πληρεστατος,οι πισίνες πεντακάθαρες. Θέλουμε να επιστρεψουμε με τα 5 παιδιά μας.

Sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und konnte bei allen aufkommenden Fragen weiterhelfen. Der Preis ist für das was man bekommt definitiv gerechtfertigt.
