Buena ubicación cerca a bares y restaurantes. Hubo mala atención en el hotel. Nos dieron una habitación afuera del hotel que tenía goteras en el baño. Al decirles sobre esto dijeron que lo iban a revisar y nunca lo hicieron.

Es un excelente hotel, habitaciones cómodas, dos piscinas con jacuzzi, sauna y turco y spa, excelente desayuno y variedad, amables desde la entrada del hotel...

Awesome Property and staff were great. My only complaint, well the restaurant closes before 7pm. We wanted to dine there after using the pool and were told they were closed.

There ac in the room wasn’t working they changed our room after 5 hrs the it’s was late at 12:00am very bad experience then charged us tax even tho I was a tourist , in Colombia your not supposed to charge tourist tax lol made it that was the good thing

Very thankful for receiving my uncle and wife early for check in as they are in their 70s. they loved food, very nice service and great accommodations. Will be back for sure.

Rooms are rather small. Service was good. Friendly personnel. Not sure I will stay there again tho. For the price there are other options in the area. Again the main reason is how small the room was albeit it was clean.

I was truly amazed with the hotel look, the amenities, the ambiance, the palms, the swimming pools. All that beauty vanishes at night when you have to hear extremely loud music until 5am from all the discos you have in the same block. If you don’t care about resting which I highly do, then find a place far from the center of Melgar

The hotel was clean and safe. The area around is a bit noisy. Its very busy on the weekends and a ghost town during week. Not far from the main drag.

La comida no solo fue deliciosa, sino que también mostró una gran variedad de opciones, cada platillo preparado con ingredientes frescos y presentaciones que reflejan la dedicación del chef. Además, la atención al cliente fue excepcional; el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, mostrando amabilidad y profesionalismo en todo momento. Desde el momento en que llegamos hasta nuestra partida, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y valorados. Sin duda, volveré, ya que tanto la calidad de la comida como el servicio superaron mis expectativas.
