I recently stayed at voco hotel in the heart of Melbourne, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from major attractions, shopping, and dining. The room was stylish, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. Whether you’re in Melbourne for business or leisure, this hotel is the ideal choice for a flawless stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, close to trams, restaurants and cafes. Service from the hotel staff was excellent. We especially loved the water tap and refillable water bottles. Rooms were great, very stylish. There were only two issues we had: 1. The elevator was tricky to use. Even though we would select our floor beforehand, the elevator sensor wouldn't check our key card and we would have to get off at another floor and try again. This happened to us a few times. We encountered other guests with the same problem. 2. The taps in the bathrooms are not ergonomic. The smooth round knob is challenging to handle when you have soapy hands. These issues were minor in the overall stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay over the Grand Prix weekend. Thank you, Voco! Highly recommend this hotel.

Love my stay at VOCO! The hotel is located in a convenient location, near to the free tram route on Elizabeth Street and near lots of shopping centre. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated. Our room was at the 22nd floor but we never have to wait for the elevator for long. The elevator is fast too. WiFi is really fast and the hotel provides free still and sparkling water. Every staff that I came across was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Location is great. At the heart of the town so is easily walkable distance to various cafes or attractions. A very nice place to rest after all the walking and exploring.

After staying at Voco in Brisbane and having a great experience, I decided to stay at Voco during my most recent Melbourne business trip. Again, I was not disappointed by the hotel quality and service provided by staff. The cookies at reception and the sparkling water was a nice touch. The hotel was conveniently located to all the major restaurants and shopping centres, however I found that Ubers found it difficult to drop me off and often got lost in the laneways. The rooftop pool was the highlight of my stay - it was an experience swimming in a heated pool at night while watching out over the Melbourne skyline.

Came back again and by far the most amazing service given by any hotel I’ve been to, can’t recommend more!

It’s a nice little hotel in a good central location. Receptionist who attended to us during check in, Nine was very helpful. Breakfast was okay.

All is well except blanket has stains!!!!!
