I’d recommend The W Hotel to anyone that likes their hotels & rooms to be a perfect mix of style & elegance! I was attracted to book The W by seeing the pics but mainly their pool & after checking in, I can say with confidence that everything from the room to the hotel to the pool was just super stylish! Even the room had its own kind of cool vibe going! Location is also super convenient right in the heart of the city and 2 mins away from a 7-11 incase you needed something after hours!

From checking in until checking out, the staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are designed for a restful sleep. There are many nearby places to walk or public transport is nearby. I would stay here again.

First time staying at this hotel and love the location. Very accessible to alot different tram lines and also near the central station Southbank Cross. Room is on the dark side but that is the style of the hotel. Only weird part is the shower room has no door to close when showing so that is quite unusual. Day on day housekeeping is not consistent with some days not having free bottle water replaced and towels not replaced with new ones. But overall will definitely choose back this hotel for accessibility and service and room size.

Hotel front desk staff are helpful and provided attentive service.

Nice spacious room. However, double bed may be too tight for 2 person sharing the bed. For a group of we had to request and pay for additional roll away bed.

Awesome experience Located in Melbourne city very convenient Great check in room space big bathroom and fancy gym and 24 hour swimming pool However the only down side was the pillow not very comfortable called for a memory foam one middle of night the staff was friendly and changed pillow for me Overall great weekend getaway at W Melbourne Highly recommend
