First time we stay at Park Hyatt Melbourne and the experience can't be better. The hotel is a little far away from the middle of the city but it has its own advantages such as better gardens, more quiet and also pretty spacious courtyard. The hotel and rooms gave me a touch of the 1900s decoration style, which is pretty impressive. The room was spacious and well equipped, and I was especially loving the Le Labo brand used in the bathroom. The fine dining experience was truly amazing, with pretty good acoustic music. Overral, the stay was pleasant, and I would definitely visit again.

This is probably one of the most affordable Park Hyatt Hotel in the world. Elegant & classic design. Love it. The room access card was faulty & on a few occasions l had to replace it at the front desk. That was quite annoying after a long day out. The food service at the lobby lounge was terribly slow. It took more than 30 minutes for my food to arrive.

This is an incredibly luxurious hotel in a great location. The king room with a view was so spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful, including a shower and spa bath with tv. Perfect for special occasions.

Very happy with Park Hyatt Melbourne, the service was excellent, and it feels very clean. The decoration is classic, and the size of the room is most comfortable. Amenities are ample, good quality. The day spa is worth every cent. Will return.

房間比較大，帶小朋友不覺得小，衞生間也很大！酒店早餐豐盛美味，服務也很好，早餐需要排隊，地理位置也很好，在聖派翠克教堂旁邊，因為近聖誕節教堂活動很多，也就沒進去！總之一切都挺滿意的

我想給這家酒店10星好評！！！ 去墨爾本出差定了6個晚上，真的住的超級滿意和感受到友好和愛~ 1.酒店地理位置不能再優越了，就在墨爾本市政廳後面，步行到柯林斯街，city center和中國城購物，吃飯都是腿兒着去。前面和旁邊有兩個大公園，對過是滿滿的咖啡店鋪 2.酒店有一衹叫做Mr.Walker的導盲犬，是維州導盲犬組織養大的，1歲多來到酒店，成了酒店的導盲犬大使！週一到週六每天上午10點30，下午15點30各在大堂巡視一小時！幫助有需要的特殊人羣。 狗狗一看就是被工作人員的愛包圍養大的，現在九歲多，特別壯，上班安靜，下班遇到過一次活蹦亂跳，聽工作人員説他每天下班要去散步，沐浴，晚飯後進入休眠~ 3.工作人員都特別友善，有問必答，而且有中國面孔的幾位工作人員，預計可以提供更好的幫助 4.酒店的房間太大了，比在澳洲同品牌價位的幾次住宿都要大很多！ 5.酒店自帶網球場，按小時收費，不過我沒去，從房間看到是很大的 6.衞生搞的超級好，阿姨每次都來收拾的妥妥帖帖，提供飲用水 墨爾本是第一次來，真的很棒的城市！再來還會來看這個叫Walker狗狗的
