i will say the property need a full reno, and the room is very small.

Not an enjoyable stay at this hotel

Extremely incorporative about payment options for business travellers/work cards Had to call reception 5 times from the room before someone answered at around 7:30am Google rating is wrong, rated as a 4 star hotel, doesn’t event have their own kitchen/restaurant

Hotel location is convenient . Staffs are friendly . Fitness room is small. Fair price

A good apartment for the price we paid, although the building needs so maintenance and a deep clean.

Left over from previous guest, rubbish bin overloaded. Blanket was not cleaned. Never recommend to anyone 👎🏻

Look. It was "adequate". The room smelt slightly of beer and cigarettes. The heater in the room wouldn't work properly (it would randomly go cold or not work). The room was pretty tiny and it felt a bit claustrophobic. But the bed was comfortable. The price was cheap.

We were given the impression our stay was in the tower behind the old building however that wasn't the case. Nevertheless the room we were allocated was lovely & clean with lots of space. A couple of issues I had #1: No lift, I'm a Chronic Asthmatic & tried to explain to reception staff that the stairs will be challenging the woman responds "Oh my it's only on the 2nd floor so it's not that far". I wasn't sure wither to slap her face or cry but ultimately my partner had to calm me and supported me on the climb. Issue #2 Upon arrival we were advised the front desk is mand 24hrs, not the case at all. When checking out I waited 30min for someone to show, a cleaner turned up & advised us to leave the key on the desk unattended & to call a certain number, I called just to be told my extra $100 that was paid will be reimbursed in 5 days if not take it up with my bank, her lack of pple skills pissed me off coz she also added "I'm not at the desk right now Because I'm doing another job in the other motel sorry just leave the key card on the desk please" ... How the F#@* is that my problem i asked myself??. I better get my money back & hopefully not get charged extra if the key go's missing!!🥴.

Pleasant, efficient Reception staff. Booked a basic room & scored a King-sized bed - Bonus!

The entrance is slightly confusing with no one at the service desk upon entry. The room was good for what we paid however our rooms were never cleaned or even our towels re washed over the course of our stay. The room itself was good as a budget and cheap place to stay not too far from the city centre. May need to be more clear in showing the entrance to the hotel also as it is very confusing.

Great place central to everything and very helpful and friendly staff

Over all is fine, because I have booked three room, but my room type is one bed room apartment, I don’t know why only the room I stay did not have enough heaters and blankets, when at night is too cold to sleep.

excellent service, great location, unfortunately no free parking available for guest with own cars :(, we had to pay an extra to allow parking our car, also beds quite small for tall people. my feet were outside my bed and could not rest quite well :(.
