Jacuzzi with warm water is good. Near to Korea town. But valet parking is expensive, AUD 40 per 24 hours for hotel guest. We informed reception to opt out housekeeping & gotten 10AUD credit which was used to offset our parking fees.

The location is good. Just a few minutes' walk from Southern Cross train station and tram station. The building is modern with grand decorations, and the room is spacious. The breakfast was good,not much choices,but overall is good. The cons: the toilet beside sauna room is a bit smelly though.

The hotel is new and close to city. Staffs are nice. However food at restaurant bar(I had dinner there) is just so so. A bit disappointed at the food. And the opening hours is different from stated on the website.

Choosing Dorsett for my first journey to Australia. Price is rather okay since it is winter. Dorsett located in the city center，which is about a 10-minute walk from Southern Cross Bus Station. There is a model car placing right beside the front door. Front desk receptionists are friendly and it took only couple of minutes to check in. 200 Australian dollar is required as deposit，either by credit card or cash. The room is about 30 square meters，which is big enough for two person. Facilities are fine，but neither disposable items （toothbrush，slipper）nor drinking water were provided. City view could be seen from the window. Swimming pool is at the 7th floor. Housekeeping service of 10 Australian dollar is included in the room price and is refundable for those who do not need it. Food delivery is available but could only be place at the lobby. Remember to take your room key at night in case the front door is locked after certain period. Checking out is also fast and luggage storage service is provided. Overall，living in Dorsett is a good experience.

When we arrive we discover that several things are not supplied, so we rang up front desk a few times and a lady I guess her name is Fanny she has been very helpful and patiently help us out. Our experience are pretty good. Breakfast service and choices average. If possible do inform the guest what is not included in their bookings.

hotel is in CBD, it is convenient to take tram in free zone. and there have many nice restaurants nearby. however, it was take times for check in.

The place was central and walkable to everything we wanted to do, including major tram areas. The design was very boutique, I loved going back to it each evening knowing I have fresh sheets and warm bed to light on. Also liked lounging in bed in the morning or along the couch area sipping coffee from the room’s nespresso machine.
