Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport anmeldelser

Upon arrival I could not find the “free” shuttle to hotel hence I had to take a $30/- cab ride for travelling less than a kilometre.  When checking with front desk at checkin, receptionist mentioned that I have to call hotel for the free shuttle. This information was not provided anywhere on Trip.com nor the hotel! The front desk is not v friendly and called at 6pm sharp to remind me of my check out time where another receptionist I had earlier confirmed with that I could checkout at 7pm.  All in all I did not enjoy the service from front desk personnel.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Melbourne while en route to Albury. The stay was average overall—comfortable enough for a short visit, but nothing particularly stood out. The location was convenient for my travel plans, and the room provided the essentials for a night’s rest. While it served its purpose as a stopover, there’s room for improvement in terms of ambiance and amenities to make the experience more memorable. It’s a decent option for a quick stay if you’re just passing through.

The hotel is located very close the airport (15 mins on foot or 5 mins by the shuttle bus). Rooms are quite big and the service is perfect, we liked the food at breakfast (buffet) and dinner (ala carte).

We arrived in the evening , directions to hotel from Melbourne airport t4 was clear , we chose to walk there and the walk was smooth and short. Room was clean with comfy bed and pillows . Equipped with all necessary amenities , we have enjoyed a short stay with holiday inn . Shuttle to and from airport costs us $3/pax

Booked the room for my brothers’ 10hr transit in Melbourne. He said the customer service was top tier and the room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Good location for early flights to the airport

conveniently located next to the airport, Accessible by food or hotel shuttle. McDonald’s and a convenience store nearby. The hotel Internet is a bit shaky, constantly signed out automatically and needs sign in repeatedly, Which is the most annoying part of the day. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for a night before or after flights. Beds are great. Food is great. Location is great. Bathroom needs an upgrade, not much water pressure in the shower and shower curtains are not very appealing.

Everything was perfect. We didn't check in until 11pm after a thirteen hour flight. Staff were fabulous and even organised drinks for our room which we really needed even though the bar had closed. Will definitely stay again when the need arises. Thanks Pete.

It is an airport hotel but it still take a 10 minute walk to hotel. They provide shuttle bus services and we can contact the hotel to arrange. The location is good if we take early fright. The room is neat and clean as well.
