The hotel is good. But the water heater in the shower room was so low. This is winter and the water was very cold. I can't handle it. And i ask for cleaning my room, but until i checkout today, they did not clean it. Also I always need to ask to them for refill my mineral water in the room. But over all the recepsionist was good. She allowed us to early chekc in at 12 pm. The hotel is near from men's door to Haram but quiet far from women's entrance. Also they did nkt give me toothbrush and slippers.

Need good service .

Good location comparing to others Close to bab el salam for men and gate 12 for women prayer

Quite difficult to locate this hotel but near to mesjid nabawi . The only entrance to gate 305 nabawi mosque

Sangat dekat dgn pintugerbang 302-305 menuju raudah, hotel bersih dan wangi

Bagus dan lumayan dekat kalau mau ke raudhoh deket.. cuma wifi up n down di lantai 10.. tapi semua bagus

This place is really the worst especially since we saw photos on booking .com and the rooms looked large and clean. For travelers from US, IT IS NOT 4 STAR AT ALL. We asked for room service around 630 pm and waited for someone to show up until midnight but nobody showed up. The tiny bathroom tiles are chipped... Please don't waste your hard earned money here 😞

Don’t stay this hotel better to stay 50 riyal room or any building . But dont west your money Dirty beds . Carpet very old& sticky bed too small . Bathroom very dirty ,WC seat are yellow . And no care for anything you will not find any management to solve your issue .
