Family booking at Emaar Mekhtan- We seriously can't believe the negative reviews about Emaar Al Mekhtan Hotel and their Service. Despite being a very busy reception from the moment we entered the hotel we were treated and spoiled rotten. Yes we had to wait in their beutyiful surrounding just over an hour for our room to preppared as we had a late check in and arrived 2 hours early Never the less all our request were solved almost immediately. As a good will gesture we were treated to a room with a partial view of the Haram which unexpected. They didn't have to provide us a upgrade - yet the reception team are accommodating no matter how busy or time of day While we were waiting for checking "Abdel kader Adel"who is F&B at the hotel brought us Best tea and Dates to boost our energy- was very thorough and attentive in every way- especially towards making our experience a memorable for our children's 1st visit to madina Always a big smile - smiling eyes friendly approach calm collected - basically the word -No - No we can't- doenst exist in the fabric of the whole team at Emaar Al Mektan. Also Rima Andijani who post is Guest relationship, she was friendly and help us with sort out our Laundry with big smile. Highly recommended
