Check in a little rocky aa only one room booked on their system although we had booked 2 triples. Reception manager seemed helpless in identifying the issue, continuously insisting it was a trip.com issue. Eventually managed to arrange for a second (a couple of hours later). Overall hotel stay was good and pretty much uneventful. Some rooms have shower trays with no surround so you can imagine the unsurprising significantly wet floor after use. Cleaning staff attentive and a generally good feel with food places and other shopping areas close by. A 5-7 minute walk (if walking slowly) to Masjid Nabwi

Rubbish service dirty room basically rubbish hotel not good at all

Nice,clean hotel with all the basic amenities and spacious room.There are plenty of lifts and the service desk is helpful-they allowed me to check in free at 10:30am which really helped. The only negative about the hotel that it’s about 10mins walk to the prophet’s masjid but it’s great value for money as the hotels nearer the masjid will probably cost considerably more.

المسجد قريب جدا من الحرم (حوالي ٥-٧د مشي) طريق مسطح بوابة النساء قريبة جداً موجود على الجانب الاخر من الحرم، ف اذا كان لديك حجز لدخول الروضة تحرك قبل مده للوصول في الوقت المناسب. الاستقبال جدا متعاون، وتأتي الخدمة بسرعه يوجد غلاية ماء وثلاجة. لا يوجد ميكرويف. سمح لي بالدخول قبل موعد الcheck in (حوالي ٩-١٠ ص) بسبب توفر غرفه (عدد الاسرة غير المحجوز لكن لم يكن لدي مانع). Recommend. خاصة للشباب.

فندق ممتاز جدا وقريب جدا من مسجد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ونظيف جدا وعملية التسجيل للدخول والخروج بسرعة جدا والموظفين محترمين جدا ومتساعدين معنا، وسعره مناسب ٠دا وأنصح بالسكن فيه والاستمتاع بالاجواء الروحانية بمسجد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
