Friendly and helpful service crews. Easy access to the shopping center. Well maintained and decent gym and swimming pool. Highly recommend if travel to Madinah for business or pleasure.

The location was brilliant and room is nice and clean. Only the gym time for ladies can be extended as it was v limited.

I stayed at this hotel in Medina coming from Mecca. The rooms are all in one floor. Same floor as the restaurant and the mall. Checking in was easy and seamless. Dian helped us and made our stay enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure we have all we needed. Breakfast was amazing kudus to chef Hares Elsayed is definitely top class chef. Nasrulsin working hard to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Sama at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Assisted us and was always smiling and helpful. I see Leena on the main floor always asking us if we need anything. All in all the service and staff in this hotel is top notch and one of the best experiences I had in a Marriott hotel being a reward Member for the 13 years. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and was very spacious and clean. The hotel is a far from Alharam but the shuttle is always on time for all prayers. It takes 15-20 minutes. It’s connected to the mall where all kinds of food are available. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back to beautiful Medina

Was super excited about this hotel.. I had booked this on *********** 3 months prior.. entered my credit card and no issues. A day prior to check in they even sent me an email about any requests I may have. Then 2 hours prior to check in I get a notification that my credit card is invalid( should be noted I used it at my previous Saudi hotel and for shopping with no issues).. I was so disappointed and panicky. I even told them I’m almost there and he said that they gave my room to someone else. They probably did that because the person was paying higher rate…I travelled thousands of miles and they cancel my hotel like it’s nothing.. I’m finding this is common practice here.. feels like no business moral or ethics all about money. Very disappointed.. I had to book a last min hotel at a not so ideal location.

I changed my mind after the second visit to the hotel and see how they’ve done when it’s busy time. There is no appreciation to elite members. Some rooms like 148 are far away from the elevator and exits or the mall and it was smelling like garlic and dirty sofa. I asked Mr Yousef to send someone to clean it and he didn’t or forgot. At night I came back tiered and asked for room service I wanted blankets and they told me first that they don’t have room service at night then when I explained that it’s important they sent a blankets without pillows then I asked again for the pillows. I’m disappointed from that experience. Unacceptable behavior from the hotel team. I had an appointment in that day and I was late because the hotel didn’t arrange to prepare my room before my arrival time even though I told them exactly when I’ll be arriving to ms Hanan.

It was my second time staying at this hotel which is in my view conveniently located, good distance from the crowd and business of the Haram, yet effective bus transportation to attend prayers at the Mosque. It is also next door to a mall and food court with direct access from the hotel. The room is cozy and of a good surface. Amenities are also of good quality, although we had an unresolved issue with the shower gel pump. I could also not use the Bonvoy electronic room card despite the hotel staff saying it was approved at their end. I also have to note that my reservation experience was quite terrible and I almost cancelled my stay. I initially booked for 3 guest months before our stay and had secured a good pricing. When I later tried to add a 3rd guest, the hotel tripled the cost, although it should have added 300 riyals per night for the additional guest. After a long back and forth email correspondence, the manager Mr Khan stepped in and offered a reasonable offer, which I accepted and thank him for. The food for Sohour is varied enough and decent. The restaurant does however not offer Iftar, which is a pity.

I dont recommend it If you paid for something, when you arrive there they will tell you its not available. I paid for specific room. No sorry not available. Lights in room not all working, curtains not clean. Only positive thing: the mall is attached to it and swimming pool Nothing else

First the checking took very long time . .Only one person doing the checking process, and one person taking the luggage to the rooms . The next day my Son was very sick which prompt me to check out after the first night. They still charged me the entire 4 nights stays claiming this is ******* rules I contacted ******* and they told me the opposite that I can get my money refunded because of medical emergency .After speaking to on duty manager I was told me we will take care of this issue But noting happened …. I kept calling to get update, was informed no one is available to take my call. They were unhelpful and they didn't bother to solve my problem and kept ignoring me. I would not stay or recommend this place to any one
