Number #1….this Econo Lodge Inn & Suites has not been a Ramada for the last four years and does NOT earn Ramada points!!! No comparison!!! The upkeep is terrible…there’s wood trim off the walls, the Keurig didn’t work. I reported it the first day and Bob, the Manager said he would fix it….never did!! Also the dryer is hanging in the bathroom, but doesn’t work.
The breakfast room hadn’t been kept up when we went for breakfast…all the condiments jams etc were practically empty, one thing or another food wise was either cold or not there…so much for the hot breakfast

Well the hotel needs some TLC. A bit grungy. The room was clean. We had one request. A wake up call at 5AM on the morning of July 7th. It’s over 1000 kms to Winnipeg from Medicine Hat. We got no call and we nearly missed our appointment for later that day in Winnipeg They only had one job to do. Very disappointing.
