Had an awesome stay here in Medellin..great location..close to pickup area for tours.,ln Pablado , a really safe area. All the staff were really helpful with all my touring ideas..And an amazing breakfast every day! Definitely would stay here again!

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The staff was so helpful and accommodating and the location was quiet but close to the more exciting areas of El Poblado in Medellin. An excellent breakfast was included on a charming outdoor patio that overlooked the most gorgeous green belt. Will definitely return if ever in Medellin again!

This is the best little hotel we could have stayed at! The main attraction for this hotel is its location. A 10 minute walk from the Poblado metro, 5 minute walk from cafes, parks, bookstores, bars, and pharmacies, and 10-20 minutes walk from incredible nightlife, this affordable hotel is in a perfect central location to everything you could need. 574 Hotel also has phenomenal staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had very little issues during our stay, and none that weren’t resolved quickly. On top of that, the room was very nice! I just wish it had a bit more storage for our clothes and belongings. Amenities at the hotel include: free breakfast with solid options, excellent laundry service for $45mil COP ($10USD), very affordable snacks and toiletries in the room, a gift shop, 24hour front desk service and WhatsApp channel, and excellent room cleanings. The hotel also arranged our transportation to and from the airport. Honestly, if you’re considering an AirBnB, don’t. Go with a more ethical option and book this family owned boutique hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel 574. Beautiful rooms with everything you will need for you stay. A big television with Netflix, shower with hot water, a hair dryer, a spacious balcony, a snack bar (extra charge) to use after a long day of exploring, etc. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and in great location for all attractions. The staff are so kind and friendly and on hand for everything you would need. As Irish people with not a lot of Spanish, the staff were so helpful and spoke great English. Every morning we would either receive a text or when passing reception asking if we would like our room cleaned. The breakfast is served outside, which is lovely listening to the birds and seeing them scavenge for food. The breakfast food is absolutely lovely, which is served with fresh fruit. The only one criticism we would have is to remember to bring earplugs as the road can be a little noisy at night and you can hear all guests come in and out of the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a perfect stay!

This is a nice little hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are cosy and comfortable, breakfast is wonderful in the little café just outside the hotel, neighbourhood is safe in El Poblado, quiet area, selling bottles of water at reception and beers also. Would stay there on our next visit!

I really enjoyed this hotel. The decor is contemporary and the bed is comfortable. My husband and I shared a room and enjoyed English-language Netflix on the TV. There were many Spanish-language channels on the TV as well. The room AC worked well. The staff were extremely helpful. They were very willing to help with absolutely anything. There is a shared fridge a little behind the scenes. We used it for keeping water and beer cold, and to store stuff we had picked up at the grocery story (Exito) that is only a few minutes' walk away. Just ask at the front desk about the fridge. Location is excellent as it is close to the grocery store, 10 min walk to the metro, and wishing walking distance of many cool restaurants and bars. The included breakfast was excellent. My husband and I are vegan and they prepared a special arepa for him, while I enjoyed the granola with almond milk. we each had a plate of fruit every morning and having come from winter in Western Canada we were thrilled to enjoy the tastes of these exotic fruit. The bathroom is separated from the room by sliding doors, which have a glazing to obscure the view in and out. It wasn't exactly opaque and it was a bit strange. When I sat on the toilet it felt as though the other person in the room could see in.
