This hotel is totally ok. That’s about it. It might have been great 8 years ago, but now it’s well worn and a little dirty. We stayed here for 3 nights in the “deluxe” double room. It has a little kitchenette with fridge, stove and sink. The design was nice, but the room was worn and the bathroom a bit dirty. Sheets were clean, bed was a queen. Room was loud, but the ac drowned most of it out. Probably a fair choice for the price but you could do better nearby. The final straw for us was not having hot water for 4+ hours one day and being given no solution. Service was mediocre.

Nice, upscale hotel in a great location in El Poblado. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Their English was limited, so better if you speak some Spanish. As other reviews have mentioned, the noise at night from the nearby bars was quite noticeable, but not unbearable. My room was clean and modern with nice amenities. I thought it unusual that they never changed my wet towels even though I stayed 4 nights. But in fairness, I didn't specifically request it. The attached restaurant, Hija Mia, has delicious food served quickly and with great presentation. My stay came with free breakfast, but only some of the items on the menu (valued around 25,000 COP) were included in the options. One morning I asked if I could choose a different option from the menu and just pay the difference in price (about 2,000 COP), to which I was told, "Por supuesto." But when the bill came, it was for the full 27,000 COP. The waitstaff of the restaurant told me that the hotel receptionist was wrong. So, FYI.

The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was perfect for us. The restaurant downstairs had very good food. The breakfast (Omelette for me, French toast for partner) was the best we had in Colombia. The area has a lot of restaurants and bars, there is no escaping the sound of music at night (anywhere), but it was fine, and we had a good sleep.

Stayed here with my girlfriend on two occasions. Nice place friendly staff very clean great location. The only thing annoying me about this hotel is that they have a restaurant down stairs that dose breakfast all day your breakfast is included and if your not down by 10am it is invalid. Hello we are in Medellin parting we might want to sleep in for a bit. Just thought it was a bit lousy. All in all not a bad hotel. Oh ya I wasn't allowed bring my friend up to the room while we were getting ready to go out at 8pm which I thought was a bit lousy also bar I paid 300000 pesos.

O hotel é bom, o quarto é legal e limpo! Achamos o serviço um pouco ruim no entanto! Precisei de um adaptador de tomadas e não tinham, mas a pior parte foi que nos últimos dias pedimos para repor a água no nosso quarto e simplesmente não tinham água para oferecer no hotel! Para mim isso foi um erro grave… a localização é boa!
