The hotel located opposite of train station, walking distance to hotel,very convenient.

Location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city. The building is quite old, more than 40 years old. They've done some renovation but it is noticeably old. Lobby got no aircon when I arrived. The shower was leaking a bit. But my room was clean and it was big. It got a big window with view to the street. Not bad for the price that I was paying.

Room so outdated and not well maintain. Food not good. But location very strategic, so sad they not utilised it

Most　staffs are boring or chaterring,, In spite of there are visiter or not. as result, room is durty, many long hairs on any places . Finally ,around of side table of bed,, there are many ants,, sacarly..

I initially got a room which was connected to another room. I explained my disconfort to the hotel and they changed to a nicer room. Appreciate their understanding and that they work towards attending to customer requests. The hotel is old but functional. The room was big and had lots of space.

The room was not renovated, moldy, sheets dirty, and had bad smell. They changed the sheets on request. Muddy dirty water from wash basin. Only positive, staff were friendly and nice. Won't recommend to anyone.

FRONTDESK: Absolutely great people, from start till the time a check out - the level is service is no where incomparable to any of the hotels I have stayed in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam or Thailand. Most of the time, traveling in these countries they tend to worship westerners but in Indonesia everyone are treated equally as guests. The only problem I had with this hotel was the room - it was dim, no plug or USB point to plug my laptop and work gadgets or comfortable chair or table to work from - it was a business trip and need strong WiFi as well. (Just my room, I cant speak for the rest) - but when my driver picked my airport - he did ask why i did I chose to stay at Grand Inna?? The place needs a big upgrade and refurbishment. The location is Ideal to be in the city centre, nice eateries around but room not so great. Food is great though.

The hotel located nearby big shopping mall (walking distance) and train station to airport. Easy to get public transport to go anywhere. Old hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Room's price are reasonable.

Old hotel in the city. Breakfast needs improvements & facilities needs upgrades. More a hotel preferred by locals

Service was good. I requested to change my towel on my checkout day coz the towel they replaced the previous day was not water absorbent. Though they had to ask their manager since it was my c/out day, luckily i was able to change. At least i dont have prob to wipe dry myself!😆Location of hotel is so nearby evrything! Convenient shop, mall, train station, eating place. The only cons about this place is that the main road was soo noisy even during sleeping time. And it’s soooo difficult to cross the road! This is my second time staying at the hotel. Room is a bit rundown. Old hotel i guess. But overall, it’s a gr8 place to stay at.

Downtown and close to the railway station. Large room with a comfortable bed.The staff is friendly. The swimming pool is good.

Swimming pool was dirty
