We have this hotel booked this weekend for a baseball tournament. The baseball tournament location got moved and I thought that they would understand that we booked another Home2Suites that was closer. Let's just say, no, they did not understand and WILL NOT refund the money. Ashley, the General Manager, is rude and does not care about providing costumer service. Avoid booking this hotel if you want to be provided with exceptional customer service.

This establishment has been the best Hilton experience I have ever had. Traveling to Texas for work frequently is always draining. However the amazing staff at Home2Suites was phenomenal. From the friendly amazing smile from Krystyn at the front desk, to the fast and friendly housekeeping that makes sure everything is meticulously clean and comfortable! I will definitely consider this hotel when I come back for personal trips!

Spur of the moment trip and stay overnight. Clean rooms and bathrooms! Plenty of towels and bath supplies. Love the kitchen. Great friendly service from Kristin and the rest the staff!! Definitely recommended.

This was one of the best Hiltons I stayed at. I've stayed at higher end Hilton and the customer service and ease of checking in and out on this Hilton was the best. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. There were plenty of amenities. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of desk space to work. Would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in this area. Thank you for the great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for a funeral. It was a good place for such a visit. We were not at the hotel that much since we spent a lot of time with family. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The breakfast was OK with a waffle maker on hand. The staff was friendly and helpful and willing to give us a late check out if we needed it. I don't know if I would stay at this particular level of Hilton Hotels if I were vacationing, but it was a great fit for what we were in town to do.

We had a house flood - My wife and I have been staying here for a month and half and have several more months to go and we have 3 dogs. Home 2 has been great and anything we have needed here has been provided without any hesitation. Home2 is very understanding to people with pets. All of the staff from the room maids to the front desk have been very helpful and I would recommend this place to my friends. All of the front desk staff are very friendly and say hello every time I come in from the days adventure. Ashley Garcia has helped me in the mornings and Luis Sanchez has been there in the evenings always smiling and asking if there is anything we need. We thank all of you for making us feel at home when our home is being reconstructed.

I stayed at this Home2 suites location for a week while working in McKinney TX. The front desk person Ashley Garcia greeted me every morning with a smile. She helped me with all kinds items such breakfast times, good local restaurants other items when asked. She made my stay very enjoyable. Last, the entire staff was great at this location as well!
