Missing lightbulbs in several light fixtures, missing a chair for the workstation, no coffee maker and a shower/bath curtain that was poorly designed. Not up to par by any degree and will result to a letter to Marriott. This was not up to standards as far as I cold see.

Hello. My wife and I stayed at your location on Friday, January 31st. It was certainly a mixture of good and bad, which is disappointing. I’ve been a Marriott member for years and have had almost always good experiences. Upon arrival, I discovered that the EV charging stations were inoperable. Aeron at the front desk was apologetic, but said they were broken and the new ones on the other side of the building weren’t ready yet. We went to our room and settled in, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Aeron asked a lady to try to plunge it but she was unsuccessful. She was a very sweet lady but she recommended that we switch rooms. Aeron facilitated this. The room was good, but there was some mould in the shower and it dripped onto the steel drain plate periodically all night making a ding sound. The breakfast was good, but not up to the standard that I usually get at a Residence Inn in terms of variety. I booked the stay with points and spent a little more thinking it was worth it to have an EV charging station and to have a better breakfast. Apparently, I should have just booked the cheapest Marriott option.

Stayed here from 10 May 2024 - 18 Aug 2024 due to a burst pipe under my foundation. No one ever said anything about putting a card on file until 16 Aug 2024. This is also around the time I was first told of the $20 per day fee for incidentals that I would get back once checked out. On the 16 Aug, I was approached about putting a card on file, and totally forgot to bring my card back. I was called a couple of times before i answered my phone (not recognizing the number and working) and it was the clerk emphasizing that I needed to put a card on file. I stated I would do that soon as I got off. I got to the front desk approx 1130p and was told to enter my card in the POS system. The clerk assured me that I didn't have any incidentals. I went to sleep, woke up and checked my account to make sure I was paid from last night's work and realized all my money was gone except $90. I got dressed for a catering job i had approx 2 hours from here and went to the front desk to see what happened. This is the 17th Aug. The clerk then told me about the $20 per day fee for incidentals. Since I had been there since May 10th that's the reason my account was drained to $90. Anyway, I had to get to where I was going for the catering job and $90 was good enough. I went directly to the gas station to get $40 worth of gas and that was DECLINED. I checked my account again and the hotel took everything except for $4.44. Here's where the problem started. I couldn't get to the catering job where the customer paid me half which I used for the food/drinks etc..then i had to cancel on their event day!!! Now they have filed a complaint with the PD saying they were SCAMMED. However I sent pics of my bank account showing them where ALL the money I had was taken and I actually could not afford gas to get there. THIS WAS SO EMBARRASSING AND BAD BUSINESS PERIOD!!! I went by the hotel and spoke with the manager, Mrs Anita something like that, where, she went from damages due to cats that the previous guest had to the room smelling like faboluso and urine. Even though, the manager stated that someone came in behind me to clean up. I cleaned everything except the windows and HAVE VIDEOS OF HOW I LEFT THE ROOM. No damages on my behalf! I cleaned the room up better than it was when i got there! I have videos in my phone that are too large to send through email. I got all the interactions of speaking with the clerks and the manager from this morning. My insurance paid for pet fees. Therefore, anything from the pet, that are not damages would be covered!!!! But the room was left cleaned by my Pet Rug Doctor Pro and my Shark Stratos Pro animal vacuum. I also have the video where the manager stated the room smells like urine and faboloso. Why don't I have any money added back to my account by now????? This is the third day of me not having enough money to get gas, food, etc for my daughter, me, and my dogs. I'm most definitely not stopping here.

When have been staying here 1 time a year for 3 years now. We are here visiting family and my father uses his many Marriott points for the week. We arrived on Saturday July 20th. We found dirty washcloths in the corner by the bed. No soap at all to wash your hands. No kitchen towels and 1 decaffeinated coffee. It is now Thursday July 25th and they have yet to clean our room. We have gad to go to the front desk to get towels, toilet paper. Etc.

Would not stay here again. Lobby was pleasant and front staff was friendly, but room needed some attention. There were candy wrappers in the pull out bed and mattress cover was dirty. Wallpaper was pealing and shower had mildew. Top of refrigerator had crumbs all over it. Overall the room felt dirty. Glad we had plans to stay only one night.

A solid Marriott Residence Inn south of Atlanta. Good service and a nice facility close to many restaurants and retail areas. Our room was clean and well maintained but we didn't have some glasses but the front desk delivered some immediately. A friendly lobby area and the breakfast was typical Marriott - good but not great. I have stayed here before and would stay again.
