Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort

Direkt an der Uferpromenade. Es gab ein Upgrade aufs Zimmer Tolle Pflanzen und Anlage Frühstücksbuffet Klasse, aber Cafe nicht genießbar. Liegen am Pool zu eng gestuhlt....fast Platzangst bekommen. Sonst aber alle sehr freundlich

We stayed here in December and it was memorable. This is our second time at this hotel. The hotel was well maintained with the rooms immaculately cleaned. The spacious rooms were well stocked with all necessities. The views were spectacular. We stayed full board and we felt that the food quality did not meet the 5 star standard. We were not given two interconnected rooms but the initial two rooms were at either end of a corridor despite reception assuring us they were next to each other. The hotel boasted about providing family friendly accommodations with interconnected rooms but we were told by the receptionist that none were available even though the hotel was almost empty of guests. Our conversation was overheard by the manager and he looked in to the situation and managed to find two interconnected rooms for the rest of our stay. I was disappointed with the reception team and felt they seemed very disinterested. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pools were great as it was cold outside. Overall, it was a good hotel.

The staff at the Sheraton Fuerteventura are some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered on our travels and we felt this the moment we stepped into the lobby and we were greeted by the wonderful David. Everything was superb during our stay inc. the food options at Los Arcos and La Veranda. As others have commented, some of the public areas and corridors do need some new carpets etc. but this didn’t detract at all from our stay, and our room and the rest of the hotel areas were kept spotlessly clean. The pool areas and grounds are gorgeous too. We had everything you could need in the room and particularly liked the bathroom layout and the storage facilities. The bed was also super comfortable. The hotel is located an easy 10/15 minute walk from the resort centre, along a lovely coastal promenade. The biggest asset however is the wonderful team of employees who worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best holiday possible The pool area is gorgeous too. I know we will definitely be back!

First rate hotel, staff charming and polite especially Carlotta. Very spacious rooms with loads of storage, best en-suite imaginable and a lovely secluded balcony with a pool and sea view. My wife wanted to take the bed home. Lovely grounds, pools ( plenty of sun beds ) and recreation facilities and a bonus shuttle bus to the golf course every hour. We found the morning and evening buffet on a par with the best in Spain. The bar prices were not excessive and measures were very generous. The entertainment was a bonus making a pleasant diversion every evening. The only criticism I could make would be the corridors on the fourth floor were a little tired but I would be being pedantic. Reception staff and the porters were super efficient.

The Sheraton has the most beautiful grounds and is just across the promenade from a lovely beach and within a reasonable walk to restaurants and bars. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. The buffet breakfast is excellent and has such a wonderful choice of all different types of fruits, yoghurts, breads, cheese, cold cuts, hot food station and omelette station. A fabulous breakfast. I had a really enjoyable holiday but sadly this hotel needs to be regraded as it is not a 5☆, it is a 4.

This hotel goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. All members of the team are friendly, welcoming, accommodating and strive to provide you with a first class service. Carlota stood out to us the most she was so friendly chatting to us from day of arrival to check out always making sure we were ok. Carlota arranged for the hotel to send balloons, colouring book and pencils and a small bottle of Prosecco to our room for my daughter’s birthday. Rooms Were very spacious we paid extra for the sea view and this did not disappoint. The view was stunning. Balcony was a very good size. The bathroom was very spacious too with the sink separated from the main shower and bath Breakfast So nice great selection of options available for everyone from fry ups to pastries to porridge, fresh fruit and juice selection and freshly made tea and coffee. Location Located on a strip with other hotels and a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre Atlántico which includes a Spar supermarket some shops upstairs and a good selection of restaurants downstairs. On the other side of the hotel lies the stunning harbour about a 25 minute walk that has lots of restaurants, seal experiences and boat trips. We booked the catamaran experience with Obycat.com through Jet 2 holidays and this was good. It was our daughter’s birthday and they made the experience for her birthday special by singing happy to her. The crew on board did a fabulous job by keeping drinks topped up at all times and making sure everyone was having a good time. The only thing I would say was that food wasnt enjoyable the paella or selection of food available wasn’t really for us but others seemed to enjoy it. Overall experience was just fabulous the area is stunning lots of people going for a run on the promenade, gorgeous palm trees, nice strolls couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you Fuertuventura Sheraton we will definitely be returning xx
