Club Med Albion

Wow absolutely an amazing experience! I especially enjoyed the Flying Trapeze and the circus team : Gaby, Coco, Ami, Josephine and Opic made it a truly memorable experience, helping me catch and learn new moves on the Trapeze. Even in shows the circus team still amazes us with their positions.They are some of the most enthusiastic and friendly people I’ve met and always push you to do your best. -Max Meyer

It was the BEST stay thank you for everything the circus was amazing 🤩 and I would definitely recommend going here to Albion.the food is GREAT and the service is great 😊.and a good thing is that it was not really french(that much)I’m so sad to go home

＞Cant go beyond security gate because all inclusive not started not even right wait at the reception, I was shocked and feeling angry for this treatment, while came in a taxi had to wait at security post, we arrived 30min before all inclusive started. ＞Saff at reception would hesitate to greet you and do the check in. ＞Nosey security guard pestering you while you have the wrist tag. ＞Food taste worst than small bistro that you can find anywhere, same for cocktail and mocktail. ＞When doing the check out staff won't even ask if you've been enjoying yourselves. Just they tell you "ok you can leave" as if you when to your local liquor store. ＞Also when being seated at main bar area no one came to serve us. Same for lunch you don't get any cocktails or alcoholic base drink have to walk to main bar yourself and bring the drinks. Dessert are.just poor and average as the food taste. Overall experience it was awkward weird and awful considering that you've paid for a 5 stars hotel this is unacceptable.

We had an amazing second stay at Club Med Albion. This time we stayed in one of the Suite Plage rooms (Beach suites). The room was spacious and consisted of a bed room and a living room. From the suite there is a beautiful view of and direct access to the beach. Stunning. The housekeeping service was excellent and our responsible housekeeper, Angelina, was absolutely lovely and always smiling. The buffet was excellent, and the view from the restaurant terrasse was beautiful. The restaurant's staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and this is what makes holidays in Mauritius such a pleasant experience. The bartenders were fantastic—special thanks to Gregory! Le Phare specialty restaurant was amazing for lunch, and the restaurant manager, Vidya, was charming and even remembered us from our last visit. We were disappointed with the reservation service in the evening which we describe at the end. One of the reasons ClubMed is always our resort chain of choice is their sports offering. And also here, ClubMed Albion did not disappoint. We absolutely enjoyed the fitness courses with Sandra. Her classes were just perfect—challenging yet rewarding. I highly recommend her postural classes, but be prepared to work hard! :) For a gentler approach, I can recommend Jade—her yoga sessions were great too. It was also nice to see Amine again, along with the entire sports team. All the evening shows were good (above average compared to shows we have recently seen in other ClubMeds) and it was fun seeing the team putting in so much effort into them. The boutique is great and Seline was so friendly giving us tips on how to claim the sales tax back (of course it led us to buy more… LoL). We also want to point out Gary from reception who organized us a visit to the other ClubMed on the island, La Pointe Aux Cannoniers, which has an amazing beach. We loved this experience. Even though ClubMed Albion has higher standards than La Pointe, this trip was a perfect excursion and a little holiday in itself during our holiday. Here are three areas we believe need to be improved in order to match the high expectations one has of such high-end rooms as well as being frequent (Platinum) customers: 1. 
The beach below the beach suites needs to be cleared more regularly of plastic - even if it is technically a public beach, we hold ClubMed fully accountable for keeping the beach clean. After all, tourists come to Mauritius for its honeymoon feeling and they will not come back if they find as much plastic, fabric and glass on the beach as there currently is right in front of the most expensive rooms that have direct access to this beach - it leaves such a bad impression!!! This is our biggest complaint about ClubMed Albion. And quite frankly it would be a simple thing to do as there are plenty of employees keeping the premises spotless. Just ask one of them to spend 30 minutes on the beach each morning.

I just came back from my holiday with family in Club Albion. It was really a trip to paradise. From the beautiful buildings, blending in perfectly with the exquisite gardens. The fabulous zen pool, the delicious food and super atmosphere made it a truly wonderful holiday. But the real magic happened thanks to the Chef the village Mehdi, his deputy Hansley and their fantastic team. From the warm welcome in the reception to the eternal smile of Didier of the excursion desk. Hearing the ladies in the shop singing and dancing to the creole vibes. Then there is also the sports manager Amine, who created a really fabulous sports team, making you believe you can do everything! Yoga with Jade is a not to miss experience; the circus team that make you feel confident to do the trapeze - thank you Coco, Gabi & Ami. Many thanks also to Joy, the restaurant manager who literally see everything and anticipates even more. And let’s not forget the bar team, the technical teams (yes - with a crazy dancer), the cleaning teams, the gardeners … everyone has such a warm smile, making this experience truly special. The entire team of Mehdi and Hansley, front and back office, really do go above and beyond, to make you forget daily life and have the time of your life. Many warm thanks to all!

We had an extraordinary vacation at Club Med Albion, thanks to the excellent organisation, the extraordinary client centricity of all staff members, splendid restaurant & room services, all under the leadership of Mehdi (Chef de village) and Hansley (project manager). Particularly the sports team, under the leadership and guidance of Amun (Chef De Sports) gave us lots of nice moments and daily challenges. The sport activities are very accessible (for all levels of sports experience), so very one can have a very nice time, with all sports GOs guiding people with the biggest smile and the warmest welcoming. And when leaving the club med in order to explore the island, I recommend to visit the fantastic excursion team with Didier. We participated the “Mauritius Differently” excursion and it was amazing! Didier and his colleagues are so nice and recommend the excursion fitting your specific needs & wishes. The differentiating factor in the general club med experience at Albion are without any doubt all GOs and all staff. Everybody was very nice, always helping and giving the best of themselves to give the GMs a perfect customer experience. We hope to go back to this paradise one day!
