We spent 3 days at the bubble lodge in the ocean bubble and it was an unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful! The only improvement needed is for the AC in the bubble, it needs to be stronger as it can get very warm early in the morning. This aside everything else is perfect. Only the lodge guests can stay on the island at night so we had the beach only for us after 5pm, when the last shuttle leaves. Even though it feels a bit exposed at the beginning, you get lots of privacy and no one can access your bubble surroundings. Shout out to the bar and restaurant at the beach Le Flibuster, great food and service! We had the premium dinner package to celebrate my partner's birthday- delicious food and generous portions, they even made us a complimentary cake, very appreciated! It really was a great stay.

The guys on Ile aux Cerfs have got it just right with their bubble lodges. Ours, Lake and Sea, was a secluded few yards from the beach but faced onto the golf course across a lake. Breakfast and dinner, both copious and delicious, were provided in the clubhouse with transport in a golf buggy from your bubble. If you weren't playing golf the lunch facility on the beach was top notch and paying was painless because everything everywhere could be charged to your account. The bubble was essentially a glasshouse so the night-time views of the stars, especially Orion's Belt, were spectacular. But you wouldn't want to be inside the bubble in the middle of the day. If you are golfers, do stay more than one night to enjoy the full experience - we stayed for three nights and that was ideal.

We stayed at bubble lodge and added the premium menu dinner on the beach. This was truly a memory for life! Many thanks to Nikish, Kalyanee and the team for making this evening so fantastic with the setting of the beach scene, wonderful food and outstanding service. Also fantastic general service, breakfast and golf, all managed by Mukesh and colleagues. We will always remember this! Best recommendations from Axelsson

This was really special. A bubble-lodge is essentially an eco-friendly luxury hotelroom in an see-through bubble (with airco and a separate bathroom-bubble). There are only four bubble-lodges on the resort (which is essentially a fantastic golf course on Ile aux Cerf). We had two lodges. One under a great Banyan Tree, the other right on the beach. The resort is big. You can walk but there is also a shuttle service. Each bubble comes with a butler service. The restaurant is really good, but sleeping under the moon and stars in our bubbles was truly a magical experience.

We can highly recommend this place. Beside the Bubble Lodge, we had the romantic dinner at the beach with Nitish and Chef Ravish. And this experience was really out of this world! So far, this was the best food experience we had. This evening made our stay here at the island unique. It was a wonderful, romantic and extraordinary night. We enjoyed every second. Thank you very much for everything. We hope to come back one day.

We spent two nights in two different bubbles with my husband. The beach is wonderful - black volcano stones over white sand with turquoise water. The bubbles themselves being pretty complicated construction are well-designed and everything is in right place. One was located under huge trees and you feel yourself in the middle of the jungle, the second one was closer to the beach. Both had private territory where you could have very good time. Stuff was extremely helpful. Dedicated butler was there to help within 5 minutes after the call. The waiters and barmen tried to do everything you want. The most beautiful part was romantic dinner organized for my birthday. The way over the beach lit by fire torches, big fire, flowers, spotlights over nearby island and wonderful menu. Each course was presented by chef himself, we’ve seen a lot of passion for his job. Waiters were brilliant, creating wonderful atmosphere. Definitely the place to visit for honeymoon, birthday or any other romantic matter.

My friend and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Bubble Lodge, Ile Aux Cerfs, in July this year. The quality of our room was fantastic! We stayed in the tidal lodge - which is a stones throw away from the beach, and although gave the wonderful feeling of being open and close to nature, also felt secluded and private. The private beach and golf course were also stunning - and we really enjoyed our complimentary golf lesson! I never thought I would be into golf! But the best thing about the stay was the wonderful, personable staff - who made us feel so welcome. Shamim and Nitish always made sure our cocktails came with a smile. Our chef "Major" did an incredible job when he whipped up a private meal for us on the beach. Lucky we didn't have far to walk back to our room, because I had to roll back home. His pineapple dessert deserves a Michelin. We even had our very own butler, who was equal parts helpful and cheerful. Overall, would really recommend a stay at the Bubble Lodge!

We have been to Bubble Lodge on Ile aus Cerfs 4 times and keep coming back: practically alone on a gorgeous island with a paradisiacal beach, our own concierge service, gorgeous scenery, great team and service and unforgettable views of the starry sky and moon from our own bubble: is there any reason not to come back? :-) Many thanks to the whole restaurant and kitchen team of the clubhouse for the fantastic service and the great team with @Shameem at the beach bar and restaurant. You made our stay unforgettable - we will be back :)

Spend my last two nights in Mauritius here. Setting is amazing. Stayed in the tidal pool (not really a bubble) with its own private tidal pool (not for swimming) and deck to relax on. Watching all the animals scurry about was just amazing. It is a 5 min walk to the beach giving you the option to join the golf club guests during day time or stay in the privacy of your cabin At night there is no surrounding light making it an amazing location for star gazing Breakfast and diner are served at the golf club before and after opening making it quite private (except for the guests in the other bubbles) Only downside is you cannot really go for a walk -except along the beach as only golf carts are allowed on the golf course — and you need to call a butler to come pick you up for transport to and from your lodge
