Very good hotel in Mutsumoto, close to walking street and Mutsumoto castle by walk. Room is comfortable, breakfast is very delicious and variety.

Awesome hotel. Very clean with all amenities you can imagine, like face masks, drip coffee, green tea, bathing salt, creams, lotions, toothbrush and much more! Very friendly staff. Parking was easy just beside the hotel in a parking Tower which costs 1200¥. Perfect location. All major attractions of Matsumoto are close by.

Hotel is located at the center of the Matsumoto. It is not far from train station near a lot of restaurants. It is very convenient. There is a Family mart next to Hotel.

We sent our luggages from the previous hotel by delivery service the day before. Hotel staff received our luggages and brought to our room before we checked in. The hotel is located within 15 minutes walk down the main road from the Matsumoto JR Station.

The hotel is good many ameneties to have , facial mask and very helpful staff

The hotel was a 5min walk from the JR station and the room was very spacious. Places like the Matsumoto Castle and Ishii miso brewery were also within 10-15mins walkable distance. I was also able to check-in earlier than the stipulated time and the staff could converse in English quite well.
