We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

Excellent customer service and nice facilities. The view is also fine.

Very helpful staff. My special thanks to Miss Amy Tsang, the staff in the front office who offer me a great assistance. But the hot spring bath is not accessible by lift. We need to go down the deep stairs to use it.

最高のおもてなしでした。 最近の旅館は高級なので、素泊まりにしました。 素泊まりで1人1万円の旅館は無いと思います。 朝食を急遽付けて頂いたところ、1人3000円と言われ一瞬、え？と思いましたが、和であつらえた、個室でゆっくり落ち着いた朝食をとる事ができました。 川沿いでロケーションも良く、スタッフ皆様の対応も良くかったです。朝食会場のスタッフさんはエレベーターのお見送りもしてくださいました。本当に気持ちの良い旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

真的是非常不錯的一個酒店喔，本來對島根沒有抱什麼期待，但從在出雲機場降落開始，一路到酒店，遇到的都是非常熱情友好的人，大橋管的工作人員更是非常的熱情負責，酒店的設計和設施我可以說在我住過所有的日本酒店裡排名前三，設計明顯是非常用了心的，方便實用、不花裡胡哨，簡約大方，並且房間打掃的是真的很乾淨。酒店出來右手邊就是車站，交通也方便。前台接待人員不僅熱情、很耐心，還專門打印了中文版的酒店指南，感動，大好評！！！

酒店是非常復古經典的温泉旅館，環境整潔，服務良好舒心。位置距離JR和一畑電車站都有一定距離，需要步行約15分鐘，但是就在河邊，因此非常安靜美麗。早餐是和式的，菜品豐富，且是景觀座位，可以看到遠處的大橋和湖，總體而言非常能代表松江的氣質，贊

飯店櫃檯是一位會說中文的妹妹，非常親切！ 住宿的第二晚因回來飯店已經很晚，附近餐廳只剩居酒屋！ 我們不會日文，無法溝通，妹妹主動帶我們進去做翻譯點餐，真的讓人覺得很感動！ 可是她說打工換宿到明年3月就要回家了！ 早餐的阿嬤也非常親切，一直詢問是否要再加飯和湯！ 雖然房價高，但品質很好！

This Ryokan is just great, so glad we stayed here. First colloquial English is spoken by the owners, and they willing answer email questions in advance. They also accept luggage forwarded by Yamato transport. You can book direct if you want. Second, the location is excellent, you can walk to most major sights in Matsue in 15 mins or less. The pedestrian shopping street starts only 2 blocks away and there are lots of restaurants nearby. If you get a room with a view of the river and the lake, you wan't regret it, very beautiful. In terms of food , this Ryokan is flexible and will serve you a western breakfast with a few Japanese sides, rather than a full Japanese style breakfast if you must request this in advance. We had an excellent dinner of local specialties our last night , a delicious end to our stay in Japan. This Ryokan is quite small, so if your stay coincides with some special happening in Matsue like the Warrior Parade, book far in advance. Our room was large, extremely comfortable, well designed, and we were vey happy with it. If you can afford one of the 3 rooms with its own volcanic springs hot tub it's worth it. However the steam baths in the basement were clean, and comfortable. we went every day. The only problem this hotel has is also a city wide problem, there are not enough taxis, especially during rush hour. However, the public bus stop is only 1/2 a block away to take you to the train station.
