My stay was disappointing. The room was dirty with stains on the carpet, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Staff were unhelpful and rude when I reported issues. Noise levels were unbearable at night. Overall, not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Very average stay the hotel and the facilities were absolutely subpar. The room size was good but the linens provided were not good. There was no water bottle or any kettle or tea facility. The room was dusty but was cleaned on request. The washroom was again not great. The location however was very close to gate no. 3 of mathura junction. That was a good benefit. This is a good transit hotel that way.

this hotel works well and the manager treats all passengers very well and also i have good experience with that hotel such as good food, drinks and services. done ✅. mr.shahid is good staff sreve good service and food

Hotel nova inn is located near mathura jn railway station in only 5 mins of walking distance. Hotel has inhouse restaurant and room service is very good

The room is very small. The mattress is messy and smelly. Water is not proper coming. We have an early morning train when i take a bath the water is not coming. I have to take the train without a bath. Room is also so sufoucated no ventilation is available in the room. Its not sufficient for the family it's only good for two people only. It's not heigine it's smelly outside also. It's not on the road. It's inside the street which make this hotel more scary. Price is too high. I think u go for a better option than this one.

The property is at invisible location and difficult for vehicle access. The food was ok. But the service is very poor i travel-led with my family and the experience was far below my expectations.
