roshan residency is not good in terms of cleaning and bad samll in room, no basic facilities like drinking water, hot water, washroom is not cleaning and etc. waste of money i'm not recommending this property for stay. very bad experience. 👎

Service quality is very poor. No towel provided cupboard were not cleaned. No food or breakfast included.

I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless they are least bothered about hygiene. Below is the list of negatives. 1. Toilets dirty. 2. Bedsheets dirty. 3. Cockroaches freely roaming. 4. No water served. We were there for 2 days. 5. No electricity. Although not roshan's mistake. 6. Dustbin was not cleaned. 7. Overall. No one was bothered if you were dead or alive. Only plus point was that all others places were accessible cos this was located right in the market area.

Not worth of money u pay. Very small room. Cockroach in the room. Toilet are clean. Hot water not available till 10am as they mention

Housekeeping not available. Issue of hot water. Room was very nice. Stay was good. Rooms were nice. Food not available. Staff was good manager was very polite and nice

Very bed experience with make my trip. Sorry for trust on make my trip. When i reached at hotel, hotel manager saying room are not available. We have another hotel their one room available. Another hotel room and toilet conditions are very dirty.

Room condition was poor. All the walls was having water seepage, paint damage. Bathroom condition was not good.

It is centrally located in main market. Service, room, bathroom, wifi was good. Next to hotel you will get veg and non veg food in a distance of 100 feet.
