This is a worst hotel in all of Zanzibar island. I am a Travel agency based in Arusha , Tanzania. This year I booked an accomodation for two french tourists for 8 days in this hotel Zanoceanique but they stayed only two nights and decided to shift to another hotel because this hotel , the bed mattress was very hard , my clients said they had an impression sleeping on a wooden board. They only slept 3 hours . Breakfast was not good there was not even a jam for breakfast . When they shifted to another hotel , I asked for refund for the days that my clients didn't stay but they refused to refund me while I have already paid back my clients 500 € . I reported them to the authority of Zanzibar but they still didn't refunded me.

We had an amazing stay at Zanoceanique Hotel. The hotel is 30 m from the beach, surrounded by garden, good swimming pool, free strong WiFi in garden area, restaurant and in our room. Very nice people, caring and friendly. Thanks to Stella and Salma for attention and caring in all time we stayed at Zanoceanique Hotel.

Came for dinner at restaurant, kingfish was delightful, fresh simple flavour but perfectly cooked. Friendly staff will definitely come again. Set away from main beach but a great find Free wifi and access to pool with option to eat on lovely roof terrace!

*La restauration n est pas bonne *La chambre avec un lit dur, on avait l impression de dormir sur une planche en bois ! *impossible de dormir, pas de rideaux occultant Nous avons dormi que 3 heures par nuit et nous sommes en vacances ! On refuse de rembourser notre guide puisque nous avons demandé à changé d hôtel au bout de 2 jours c est honteux

Personnel et Manager souriant, disponible, à l'écoute et très attentionnés (ont lavé plusieurs fois notre voiture sans que l'on ait demandé). Ils anticipe nos besoins. Très belle hôtel à 2mn de la plage. L'endroit est au calme et la vue des chambres est à couper le souffle. La literie est un peu dure mais s'explique par le fait qu'il s'agisse de matelas neuf. Un hôtel qui mérite d'être connu. Réservez et Profitez !
