Kena Beach Hotel

房間大，乾淨，空調給力聲音不大。服務人員熱情周到，定時消殺蚊子。酒店有spa,旅行一日遊服務。酒店的餐飲還不錯。酒店的沙灘沙子很白細軟，但是也沒人打理，沙灘上黑色的水草類似。自己訂的是全包，就是連同吃的都包，性價比很好。酒店離桑島的機場和石頭城有一個小時車程。酒店去浮潛和追海豚比較近。

An excellent property to visit with family & friends. Very friendly management & staff. Very comfortable rooms. The chef also served us with some Indian Butter Chicken which was not on the menu.. but made it specially for my son.. Helped me when I had a problem with the next door hotel with rotten rooms.

The location is amazing, right on the beach. If you want to enjoy some peace and quiet this is the perfect place. The rooms were huge and very clean, staff was very lovely and helping with everything. We totally loved our stay 5 days there. Best regards to Babu and Sarah, lovely people. Chaotic management made it impossible for us to stay here. I was traveling with a group tour but once we arrived, we were told that there aren't enough rooms available despite us having pre-booked this place weeks before. Instead the hotel management wanted us to share rooms although single rooms were booked and paid for. Keep in mind we were single people who didn't know each other until two weeks prior. So while we wanted to do activities together during the day, sharing your hotel room is still on an entirely different level. As an alternative they offered as discounts for food but this was unacceptable, as the rooms they wanted us to share were not even bigger than normal or included separate bedrooms. It seemed to me like they wanted to put single people into shared rooms so the free rooms could be sold again. After calling our tour organizer in Germany several times, me and another lady of the group were moved to another hotel - obviously breaking our group apart for what was meant a group stay for three days. I cannot recommend this hotel as the booking is not secure and they will try to persuade you to take a bad deal.

Kena beach hotel is more family friendly and stuff is amazing and very responsive. The rooms are above standard size and well maintained. Note no tv in any room but they do have communal tv room. They have bikes you can ride on the beach cost free The food is amazing most of the time but very few alternatives for vegans and gluten free options Tour operators available on site but maybe compare with get guide and local tour Diving course available Reef walk available Art room where you can paint open walls Very clean pool Hotel is not necessary wheelchair accessible..
