The location, close to Great Zimbabwe, is unbeatable. Staff was very helpful, especially in assisting us to arrange transportation from hotel to Masvingo and then to Bulawayo. Room has only bath tub but no shower. A shower may be more convenient for some.

I was well received from check in to check out, swimming pool was relaxing and warm. I will surely use this hotel for my next Business trip.

We were only here briefly, so my review is a little cursory. The room was large, clean and comfortable, although the bathroom tiles could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast was good, but not amazing; the service overall, was average. The hotel is well located to access Great Zimbabwe, which was very impressive and well worth seeing. There are several other hotels that also offer good access to Great Zimbabwe, so it would be worth shopping around. I think this hotel is a little over-priced.

Generally a good place to stay, friendly staff and good meals, beverages are a bit expensive though.

I have an excellent experience - the food, service, rooms and environment was excellent. I the air-conditioning unit kept me warm during the cold days.

The room was excellent, newly renovated with good bed and bedding, bathroom was perfect too. Food and drinks was a little on the high side but definitely would recommend staying here.

The chalets need an overhaul especially bathroom. I loved all of the employees’ friendly nature and customer care treatment.

My recent trip to the Great Zimbabwe hotel was a great experience as always. I always enjoy the fresh air away from the pollution of towns. The room I was given was spacious and the bathroom was spotless clean. I also enjoyed my team Chelsea playing against Arsenal although it was beaten. The staff is very friendly. I going back there again before the end of this month, May 2024. I also enjoyed a visit to the ruins which I did on my second day of stay. The food is delicious. I wont hesitate recommending friends and colleagues to stay at Great Zimbabwe hotel whenever they are in Masvingo.
