Hotel Villa Pina Antico Francischiello

Почнемо з того, що це саме готель, а отже є і свій чудовий ресторан з італійськими стравами і хорошим обслуговуванням. Я одразу вирішив там повечеряти, бо краєвиди на море і Капрі мене зачарували.Порції були невеликі, але все смачно. На віллі Піна італійський сніданок (все в достатній кількості на окремому столі), який ,тим не менше , приголомшив своїм розмаїттям . Це і полуниця, кавун, груші й яйця,кілька сирів і салямі з прошутто , не кажучи вже про сік,круасани, джем, мед і оладки. Готель знаходиться на центральній дорозі ,що веде з Сорренто, є власна парковка і поруч зупинка автобуса. Тут ви побачите не типовий класичний готель, а віллу у сільській місцевості і відчуєте дух справжньої затишної італійської глибинки. Весь перший поверх, де є лобі-бар і вітальня з кріслами і телевізором, прикрашено всілякими тарілками, пляшками,керамікою , кованими світильниками, старими меблями. Я навіть хотів би залишитися ще на день, щоб розглядати всі ці деталі і прикраси вілли, якби не щільний графік подальшої подорожі. Все так по-домашньому, затишно, видно, що це сімейний бізнес. На даху фантастична панорамна тераса з лежаками, джакузі і столиками, з мальовничими краєвидами на Капрі. В номері було чисто, рушників вдосталь, гелі для душу є. В цілому, все нормально,але інтернет не працював. З балкону приємно спостерігати захід сонця ,роздивлятися лимонні тераси і всі ті доглянуті гаї Маса Лубренсе. Ми з сімʼєю були задоволені прийомом, обслуговуванням і часом, проведеним тут.

Stayed in room 304 with a bad smell of drains! Needs to sort bathroom out and we had to have window open which then attracted mosquitoes at night! We told owners who did nothing about it I enjoyed the stay but wouldn't go again. Breakfast was ok, but for a michelin restaurant our half board food was below average

Villa Pina Hotel proved to be very disappointing. Although the bedroom was clean and the linen was changed regularly it was very basic and in need of updating. We were booked in with a TUI package on a half board basis. The breakfasts were of a reasonable standard,but would have expected freshly brewed ground coffee and not jugs of instant powdered coffee which was brought to the table every morning. The evening meal was less than satisfactory. The hotel restaurant is supposed to be renowned for it's outstanding cuisine. Our experience was very much the opposite! My understanding was that there would be 2 or 3 choices offered for each course which had been taken from the A La Carte menu. This was not the case.We were served a basic fayre. As regards the service,we were always kept waiting for our meals to be served as the staff served the A la Carte customers first.To make matters worse,some "half board" guests were moved to a different table after having been seated to allow a la carte dinner guests to be accommodated.Also,on the Saturday evening vases of roses were placed on the a la carte dinner guests tables. None were placed on the half board guests tables. My overall impression was that the owners were struggling to maintain the standard of a hotel and restaurant that had once been extremely good. The decor was dated and shabby needing repair and renewal in many places. I will not be returning and suggest that a member the TUI Management visit the hotel for a few days incognito so they can experience themselves what it's like for their customers to stay there on a half board basis.

Just returned from a week at Hotel Villa Pina. Views from #301 were spectacular. We made full use of the terrace to relax and read and drink cold wine. Fresh white cotton sheets and towels changed every day. Substantial continental breakfast and delicious freshly prepared three course evening meals served by attentive and friendly staff every evening. I must mention that it is the Italian tradition to serve a generous pasta portion as a first course. It is entirely usual that the second course is a more modest and very flavoursome meat or fish course. And of course homemade Italian desserts are sweet and heavy. I think some reviewers perhaps had different expectations of a traditional Italian hotel and perhaps would prefer a modern European generic hotel instead. We loved our week and did not have time or inclination to search for damaged furniture or cracked tiles. Instead we admired the interesting antiquities displayed around the hotel which has been family run since 1909. We loved the storytelling displayed in the old black and white photographs in abundance around the restaurant. Instead we ordered an after-dinner glass of wine and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets over Capri and Vesuvius. Thank you to our kind hosts. We only have good memories.

We booked this via Yui. The room was filthy with Damp and mold on the walls . The electrics looked dangerous and ill fitting. The furniture was old and tired. There were cob webs everywhere. In addition there were bare electrical wires hanging down in the corridors which were damaged and filthy. It was so bad we paid to go to another hotel. We only ate there once because of fears over the kitchen based on how dirty the public areas were. When we did we were treated as second class guest in favour of those eating A La cart. Do not go here the manager got very angry with us after Tui got in contact with him. Not a nice man. We have lodge a compliant with Tui. This is the first time I’ve ever left poor feedback on a holiday but don’t want anyone else to have a ruined holiday. Avoid.
