Outstanding hotel in all areas. Friendly professional staff, delicious plentiful food, tasteful decor. Rooms were very well equipped and pool area had plenty of sun beds with very helpful pool man!. I loved everything and will definitely return.

Out stay in summer was real good. It was a short stay but we did like the atmosphere friendliness overall service level very much. It has no direct connection to the beach so if you beach and swimming in the sea is a must it’s actually one negative point. It’s a secluded oasis though

First of all I can only speak for our personal experience so having read other reviews before booking we had very high expectations . We stayed half board and can confirm the food is to the highest standard however the staff did not communicate to us until the 5th night we were there that you can swap a fish or meat dish from the aka carte menu so was very disappointed with this. We also found that if you were sitting round the pool or in the piano bar prior to 6pm no staff ever asked if they could get us a drink so we had to go to reception to ask if we could get a drink which is a first for us especially within a 5 star hotel & we have stayed in many. I was also disappointed with the location of our room especially as I had requested a view as we were celebrating my birthday but our room number 128 was on the ground floor and our view was bushes and behind the bushes was a large piece of waste land again not what I expected being. 5 star hotel and paying the price for a 5 star hotel . There are positives to the hotel in that it is very clean & quiet and a relaxing oasis from the hustle & bustle of Maspalomas. We also had a few other minor issues when we ordered a expensive bottle of wine with our meal the waiter forgot to bring this to our table & we had to chase it up after already eating two courses. So all in all not the 5 star experience we were expecting . I did fill in the question air the hotel left in our room & have also given this feedback via email to the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are all exceptionally friendly, the location is great (about a 5 minute walk to a marvellous sandy beach but also the same to shops, cafes and restaurants) but it is very quiet and relaxing. The food is the best I have eaten in a hotel. Consistently excellent both at breakfast and evening meal. I cannot fault the hotel and if we are ever visiting the Canary Islands again, I don’t think I could go anywhere else! Simply superb.

Perfect hotel, helpful, friendly all staff go the extra mile to make your holiday a perfect one. The food is one of best we ever had in any other hotel. beautiful rooms. we will go back there !! TOP Hotel. Best Food, extremely good staff. we would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stunning. Faultless service. Beautiful surroundings. Amazing food. Wonderful staff. My wife and I booked a week end February / early March 2025 and cannot wait to return! The staff could not do enough to make our stay so relaxed and special.
