Booked to go here in December 2020, due to the pandemic, we were in total lockdown, but the hotel refused to refund our deposit. We were given 30 days to rebook, which we reluctantly did for the year after, but cancelled that as we were not happy with how we were treated, they still refused to refund our deposit as it was rebooked. This was totally unfair as even though the hotel was open, we were in total lockdown here and not able to travel or see family. I believe this was totally unfair and tried to get a refund from my credit card who initially refunded it for this hotel to take it our again. The hotel appeared on my credit card as a software company, sound awfully dodgy to me. I do not recommend any visit here.
