Bring the whole fam! Plenty of room in this 3,300 sq ft house for the adults and children to have their own space.
Plenty of games at the house including foosball, darts and shuffle board!
5 mins to John’s Pond Beach, Naukabout Brewery, Mashpee Commons, hiking trails, and much more! Short drive to South Cape Beach, Old Silver Beach, and Treehouse Brewing in Sandwich!
There are spotlight security cameras outside each entrance and the driveway. As this is our second home, it gives us a sense of security when we are not there to make sure there are no break ins. There are no security cameras inside the house. Nice SW Cape Cod inland home
Found this southwestern Cape Cod inland home with plenty of space for a family of five just a few weeks before our vacation. Close to beaches, restaurants and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard which was a wonderful day trip.

Vacation 2024
Over all we loved the house. We did have a couple of concerns. The one bedroom in basement did not have clean sheets. It looked like the cleaning crew did not change the sheets. The first floor bedrooms and upstairs bedrooms had AC but the rest of the house did not. We used the fans constantly but it never felt cool in the house. All of the AC units needed to be drained of water during the week which was a hassle. Lastly, we were asked to wash our beach towels, which was fine, but laundry detergent was not provided. We had to purchase it our selves. The proximity to the Commons and the beach was great and the beds were very comfortable.

Riverview School graduation
Large house. Great space. Fun for the family. Fun amenities- we had my family in for my son’s graduation. It was the perfect space that allowed us to spread out and also come together for larger dinners

Great place!
We had a great time at the Cape! The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Kate responded quickly to a question and made us feel at home. Thanks for sharing your lovely home for our family vacation!

Lovely, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood
I booked this home for a beach gathering with a large group of friends and it was absolutely perfect! The home is very clean and comfortable and had nearly everything we needed for cooking big meals together. I loved the deck as well as the close proximity to South Cape Beach. I would definitely rent this home again.
