Do I start with the underwear hanging in my shower when I arrived or do I start with the yelling and arguing in the parking lot at 11 pm. And at midnight. And at 3? This was a Motel 6 room with an old, crappy fridge. Avoid this shithole.

Extremely poor general manager. Underhanded billing after being quoted a separate price and not being told about any changes. I was hung up on by the general manager he would not listen to anything I had to say. I've stayed at this location before for business for 4 months. I will never stay there again and I recommend to anyone who doesn't want to be billed fraudulently or deceitful. I will be contacting the Missouri Secretary of State to pursue further matters.

Excellent manager and excellent employees. Great customer service, integrity, compassion, and respect. They all go above and beyond!!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to help. They help with anything you ask.

Ron and his entire Team Have Been Amazing!!! Enjoyable worry free stay. Friendly staff nice amenities Outstanding Customer Service! Hot Breakfast Smiling faces.. anything you need just ask. Close to gas and bus line

I selected this hotel because it was a good price similar to other rooms but it was a suite and indicated breakfast was included. The rom was clean and the bed comfortable. But.. the breakfast indicated was lackluster. Al that was available was dry prepackaged muffins and oatmeal. The coffee was hot but only sweetened coffee mate creamer was available. Disgustingly sweet no milk. Useless as a breakfast. I saw a banana in the basket when I arrived so I know they had more. I asked the manager (around 7:50am) if they were going to refill the selection as there was only 3 muffins left. Any fruit. He said no we don’t offer fruit. Just what you see. Many of our customers are long term. Some have been living here since 2019. Kind of a flop house.
