Staff was inattentive, breakfast is terrible. After forgetting some clothes in the closet they held them for me but did not return my hangers which clearly were not hotel property

i hate this hotel, it was the worst one i have EVER been here. first, we had to move to 4 DIFFERENT rooms, because one shower was broken, the lights didn’t work, cockroaches in the BED, and the toilet broke. SECOND, the neighbors would be drunk, and smoking cigarettes. third, the ppl at the front desk charged me and my family over $200 for nothing!! and we didn’t get our money back. fourth, the air was so hot that is made the floor WET!!! the wi-fi was okay, and the ppl at the desk were nice. but i would NEVER EVER come back, and wouldn’t recommend this.

The room is actually moist. The carpet was wet and the air was wet- the sheets were damp. I've never ever experienced anything so awful. I've been sick with sinus and respiratory issues since I left.

I’d never stay again I was overcharged . Room gross , no new towels , WiFi didn’t work , missed my business calls , neighbors smoking ***** on stairs , noise , fridge broken made noise , air didht work and they ripped me off

I like the lady who check me in she was super nice her and my mom knew eachother from working with eachother so we were all laughing and talking and I just had good experience with the stay it was nothing that made me mad

The air conditioning went out, so they changed my room. Only to move me into a room full of mold, dirt, and spider webs. Absolutely no refund to be given, so I ruff it out. Toilet did not flush, roaches in the first room, dirty mold and spider webs in the second room. Also, an older white may over-dose, three rooms down from me and I did not see management come out to see what was going on, NOT ONE TIME! BTW, I have pictures and video of everything! Had to tuff it out, being that I couldn't get a refund and or discount for the major inconviences.

Room was disgusting and had mold everywhere. Then they didn’t want to refund me for the room. I had to dispute the charge! They were very unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. We won’t.

Greeted by overwhelming mold odor and uncleanliness, no Kleenex, partial roll of toilet paper. No housekeeping available when I arrived. The entire hotel does not have Kleenex I was told For the mold odor I was given a spray can of room freshener. HA like that’s going to eradicate mold! I was advised the air freshener was all they could do. I cleaned the bathroom mirror myself it was covered in someone else’s toothpaste spray. . The mini fridge had someone else’s food in it. Non working TV remote. Nothing could be done about it. Fitness room inaccessible. Advised all fitness equipment non functional. Pool empty thus inaccessible to guests. Now I understand why during PEAK travel season many of the rooms are empty. Nonetheless I won’t be back. BEWARE
