staff behavior was nice,but room was not upto the mark. Food -Drinks were little costly than other hotels

I enjoyed it a lot, the staff is very good, just call and the staff comes immediately, there are no complaints, the cleanliness is also very good, it is absolutely hygienic

I found this property on make my trip. The room was good and clean. I booked the pool view room and i am satisfied with the room location. The atmosphere at our was very good. We enjoyed a lot. I just want to tell them to add some more options in their veg and non veg menu.

Resort is good with good ambience and nice pool. The only problem is staff . They dont attend calls or listen to you when you call them ,they will just pass by you. When you ask for something they will say -i will send someone and that someone never comes.

Very very bad experience i had with this hotel,i booked this hotel without mentioned the child age as I didn’t think its compulsory because its not happened before,When i gone to reception for checkin they asked me for all members ID’s so i gave him my id as well as my wife’s id but he asked me for child id proof also so i also gave my child id then he said you have to Pay for child so i told him that i don’t want any extra bedding for him so even after that he said you have to pay for him also for the same issue but didn’t got any resolution and when i said please cancel it because Receptions person way of talking was very rude they can’t even understand this thing what are they asking for and they argue with my wife also but they said its non cancellation booking so I didn’t have any choice to stay there only and i have to pay also,they are not at all co-operative,there behaviour was vey very bad. Nor hotel was helpful helped me in this matter
