staff were very helpful and room was clean, and there is a complimentary shuttle service to the airport and national park, however there was no wifi in my room and the food could be much better

They upgraded us to a suite and prepare birthday decor with a cake, this is definitely surprise us.

The hotel is super beautiful surrounded by nature. They have a shuttle bus to the park and back. Just need to ask when you are ready. Also free shuttle from the airport. The swimming pool is really nice before pr after the tours at the park. The breakfast buffet is good and has everything even gluten free bread. The food at the restaurant is ok. We ate a lot at the park as they have more options of dishes and vegetables. Also the prices are more affordable. I would definitely go back.

The front desk service was excellent and very proactive. Others did well, too, with their friendly approaches. Overall, I was really satisfied and will come back.

Totally, it's nice. Although the cost is higher than the other accommodations, relax conditions are ready here.

The location is beautiful and so are the rooms. However, the service is awful. It took 40 minutes to check us in.The rooms have no wifi and the hotel is in a remote location with limited food options. The food at the hotel was avarage and a lot of the options were not available. The staff wasn’t helpful, they were sometimes rude and dismissive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The resort is located in the rainforest, which provides free airport pickup, drop-off and the transport to the Mulu National Park entrance by mini lorry. Check in was fast by the friendly staffs and they will bring and assist you to the room. All the necessary amenities are provided in the room, and both the air con and water pressure are strong. Wifi is only available in public area, SIM card with telco Maxis can be used in the room…..like me.

Excellent for all the family. Plenty to do and see with excellent customer service.

Feedback given to the manager of Marriott Hotel that air con was not working, technician came, didn't follow up after first repair, ended up change room. No wifi or data in the room, customers need wifi and data when it's raining. No shops around. Only can have meals in the hotel. Plenty of mosquitoes around as hotel and forest are connected.

It was a pleasure staying at this Resort , which is the only 5 star resort in the middle of nowhere, also there free shuttle services. Marriott is a nice hotel with excellent food and service.

Despite looks old but overall great place to enjoy Mulu. Food especially great.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff Have free bus to/from airport and Mulu park as many times as you need. Food is excellent. Rooms very big and facilities very nice as well
