I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ...
But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true.
Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant.
Service excellence
Room really ok.
Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is

I booked into this hotel as I was visiting family nearby. It was a shock when I turned up to find out that I needed to pay £13 to park overnight. None of the booking emails tell you about this charge. I didn't like the self-check in. Couldn't work out how to use it and needed to ask another guest how to do it. I would rather have staff you can talk to and ask questions. My room had a view of the skips and rubbish from a building site. I think the cleaner had left the plug in the sink as it was full of soapy water. It was however quiet and I slept well. Good shower. Comfy bed. Would not stay again. Factoring in parking other hotels are cheaper.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during Crufts 2025. The hotel is in a great location for the NEC, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast was good as you would expect from Premier Inn. Overall, however, we felt that this hotel could not cope during this busy event and we will stay elsewhere next year. The restaurant is relatively small for the size of the hotel, meaning you need to pre-book for evening meal. Whereas some hotels save a table for guests, this is not possible here, which I accept. Having booked the restaurant, we had to wait 90 minutes for the starters to arrive. The restaurant supervisor was flustered with the demand and did not have the best communication skills (putting it politely), however another manager intervened to resolve the situation and apologise. We ate elsewhere after this. May be better during quiet periods.

A very helpful and friendly welcome on our arrival with a smooth and efficient check in. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The bed was nice and comfortable, the bathroom had ample toiletries and complimentary water in the fridge. Breakfast from 7am to 11am was plentiful and very with everything you could want from hot and cold choices. The staff were all very attentive and friendly.

Very comfortable bed, food was fabulous. Very attentive to Coeliac requirements. Denise & Timmy sorted fresh breakfast for me to avoid all cross contamination. Megan in the evening was wonderful, so attentive with drinks and making sure our meals were tasty

The reception/bar area is really welcoming and nicely decorated. You can actually climb in to the bed which is really nice. Breakfast was incredible and so reasonably priced. Really friendly staff and the hotel is in easy reach of the NEC, either by walking or Uber.

Overnight stay before our flight from Birmingham Airport. Very convenient, clean and quiet, warm and friendly restaurant /bar area. Special mention to Diane and Denise who served us Breakfast both very helpful and friendly, and how we will remember our stay. Great breakfast too, lots of choice. I’m sure we’ll be back!
