Breakfast is great in my opinion, and the facility is quite japanese style.

Stayed in hotel for one night. Nearby district is a bit chaotic but it is generally safe to walk on the main street at night.

A fantastic hotel! It takes only 7 minutes to walk here from Saint Charles Station, and it is also very close to Porte d'Aix. The hotel amenities are very complete, and the staff clean the room every day. We had a wonderful 4 days here. The exterior design of the hotel itself is also very impressive

We chose Japanese brand because usually it is a guarantee of quality. This hotel is very close to the main train station, easy to walk to tourist spots and is generally clean. The reception staff are friendly but those who work at the canteen have really bad attitude - they don’t want to serve you at all and have very annoyed face. I took only 3 seconds to think about what I want to drink and the guy already tutted me. The lady who serves bread threw the bread on my plate like feeding pets. Really unpleasant experience and I dare to say no one will ever experience that in Japanese inns IN JAPAN. The owner must be disappointed to hear their staff are ruining their brand.

Acceptable walking distance from train & metro station. Simple yet good breakfast. Friendly staff. Housekeeping / tidiness not up to standard. Room smaller than expected.

Good value hotel. Convenient location as it’s walkable from the main train station where there is the airport shuttle bus. Very good services and friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good too for this price.

Nice location and building, room is clean, service is good. The toilet is automatic with rinse function， which is lovely, but a little too small for tall guys…

Receptionists were all nice. And sincere. Breakfast was good. Had all in basics. But the room’s air needs to be purified. Both got sore throat every morning. Location is good.

Good value business hotel conveniently located close to Marseille St Charles station. Clean rooms but with absolutely tiny bathrooms and below average breakfast.

I come from Hong Kong (China) and stayed for 2 days in late September 2023. The location is a bit away from the old port but still a walkable distance, but beware the neighbourhood is unsafe. Never walk alone at night time. As I travelled alone, I drove back to the hotel every night. The provisions in the room is surprisingly thoughtful. The hotel provides all basic appliances, including a water boiler, hair dryer, tea cup, a small desk, etc, and there are a few hooks, which are very handy and useful. The bed is cosy, and the room temperature is good with the air-conditioner. Speaking of the fridge, it was off and not in use, and there was some bad smell when I opened it. As it turned out, the fridge was just a decoration. The breakfast was fair, bit I can’t complain as it was included in the budgeted price. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. If you are not alone, it’s fine. If you are alone, please don’t go back at night and if you have to, drive!

Always a good news staying in Japanese brand hotel! Clean, quiet, nice bed, nice bathroom, with fridge, hair dryer, locker, nice bed…… everything you could imagine that a hotel room will have/you need is in your room!
