We would like to thank for all fantastic personel from Jaz Samaya. Thanks to them these were unforgeteable 2 weeks, full of relax and happiness. Especialy we would like to thank always smiling Emad - reception employees - he is professional, helpfull, kind, patient and communicative. Also we would like to thank Eliza, Sonic, Ali, Shousha, Christina, Jieçek and Shockran- Magic World animators how are great young people full of kindeness, engagement in their job and patience with children. In spite of that - food was excellent, all hotel is very clean. We will come back there surely.

I am very satisfied with this hotel, I have been to it twice. Each time, the animators were entertaining and helpful. The fun was great, the animators knew what they were doing. I have no objections to the rooms. Overall SUPER atmosphere nice people and a perfect trip

It was such a Refreshing Time for me and the Hotel Animators made it memorable. The Service, the Room , the People were all so good that i would love to do this again. Talk about the way they party also was Such a Lively experience one needs from time to time.

I really loved Jaz Samaya. Amazing staffmembers made our stay even better. A really big thanks to Saad from the Poolbar and the lovely chefs of the mainrestaurant. The food is amazing, rooms are spacious and really clean. Pool was also lovely (the heated one). Will definitely return!

It was lovely place for us as usual .Jaz Samaya has everything to provide all facilities like food, drinks and high quality of services during all stay .we found comfortable room in High level of cleaning and so much caringhouseman.all info are significant

Our stay at Jaz Samaya was great! Amazing workers, startng from the reception desk and further waiters, cooks, cleaning staff and last but not least entertainment crew. Everyone was helpful and kind. The views at the bay were amazing and my children had a great time at the aquapark (with at least 20 big slides). The coral reef just next to the hotel was beautiful. And also workers of the shops, located just next to the hotel, kind and helpful (I felt comfortable doing shoping for souvenirs there).

We were in this hotel for the 3 times and we will definitely come back. Fantastic food, friendly and professional service. In February it may be a bit windy but in March - wonderful weather. Highly recommended

Such a very beautiful Hotel and the service is incredibly amazing. All the staff is more than great, everyone smile and always friendly. The food is amazingly delicious and varied😋 The reception is very helpful and friendly, i’m very thankful for each one of them especially Mostafa Naser and Mohamed Harb for their wonderful efforts. Very recommendable.

We came back from a trip from Marsa Alam (TUI Blue Samaya). It was wonderful, the whole organization of the trip was perfect. We are very pleased with our stay in Egypt. With all my heart and full responsibility I recommend this resort to families with children.
